The Klipsch Community is a peer-to-peer discussion group related to
Klipsch products and the audio industry.
If you have an immediate concern about a
product which needs to be addressed by Klipsch personnel, you are
strongly encouraged to contact our support team by phone at
1-800-KLIPSCH or by Email at support@klipsch.com.
Access to and use of this web site community is provided by Klipsch
and subject to certain Terms of Service. Klipsch reserves the right
to deny any user access to the Commnuity if any of these terms are
violated.
1. Content
Klipsch does not actively monitor the contents of posted messages
and is not responsible for the content of said messages. Considering
the real-time nature of this forum, it is impossible for Klipsch to
review messages or confirm the validity of information posted.
Klipsch does not vouch for or warrant the accuracy, completeness or
usefulness of any message, and is not responsible for the contents of
any message. The messages express the views of the author of the
message, which are not necessarily the views of Klipsch or any entity
associated with Klipsch.
Any user who feels that a posted message is objectionable is
encouraged to contact Klipsch immediately by Email. Our employees have
the ability to remove objectionable messages and we will make every
effort to do so, within a reasonable time frame, if it is determined
that removal of such content is necessary and proper. When removal is
deemed necessary and proper, please realize that doing so is a manual
process. The objectionable message may not be removed or edited
immediately.
You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use
this Community to post any content / material which is knowingly false and / or
defamatory of any person or entity, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, racist, hateful, harassing,
obscene, profane, pornographic, sexually oriented, threatening,
invasive of a person's privacy, violative of any law, or is otherwise mandated as inappropriate by Klipsch employees, Community Administrators or
their agents.
You are hereby notified that Political and religious discussions,
comments, and references are prohibited. Any off-topic discussions
deemed inappropriate by Klipsch employees, Community Administrators or
their agents are subject to be deleted without warning or
explanation.
We encourage a lively debate on our Community, however personal
attacks or attempts to purposefully elicit a response from others
members in order to embarrass said members or entice arguments (ie
"baiting") will not be tolerated. Repeated conduct of
this manner may result in your removal and banning from the Klipsch
Community. If you feel you are a victim of such activity, please
contact a Klipsch representative immediately. Members who participate
in said objectionable activity, often called "flame wars"
will be reprimanded equally, regardless of the originator.
You agree not to post any copyrighted material unless the copyright
is owned by you, the Klipsch Community, or Klipsch. Although Klipsch
does not and cannot review the messages posted and is not responsible
for the content of any of these messages, Klipsch reserves the right
to delete any message for any or no reason whatsoever.
You remain solely responsible for the content of your messages, and
you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Klipsch, this Community, and
their agents and employees with respect to any third party claims
arising out of or related to participation in the Klipsch forum.
Klipsch reserves the right to reveal your identity (or whatever
information we know about you) in the event of a complaint or legal
action arising from any content posted by you.
2. Advertising
Advertisements, chain letters, pyramid schemes, and solicitations
are inappropriate on this forum.
Banner ads and promotional links are prohibited, but non-commercial
informational links will be allowed.
All manufacturer's representatives and competing brand personnel
must identify themselves as an employee of said company in each post
on the forum.
Profile pages and signatures will no longer support banner ads or
commercial promotion links and signatures will be condensed and / or
rehoused for viewing simplicity.

Sale" Forum Guidelines
Buyer Beware - Caveat Emptor!
Klipsch is not involved with sellers or buyers from this section of
the Community in any way, and cannot be held liable for any problems
occurring with transactions.
Klipsch is not responsible for verifying the authenticity of sales
posted here. Remember to be diligent with any online transaction,
verifying the legitimacy of the seller and item before purchasing.
Klipsch reserves the right to delete any post without warning.
Audio related items only.
No commercial advertising or sales solicitations by a business.
Public discussions concerning transactions or disagreements are not
permitted. You must contact the seller directly.
You may post a link to your item on sites such as eBay, Audiogon,
and Craigslist, however discussions / disagreements concerning these
sites or any payment site (ie PayPal) are not permitted.
Reporting issues: If you feel someone has
abused this section of the forum, you must report it directly to a
Klipsch employee or Community Administrator. Do not post issues on
the Community.
Any post violating the above guidelines will be subject to being
closed and / or deleted, and the posting member warned. Repeat
violators are subject to being banned.
Any continued abuse of this section will result in its
discontinuation without notice.
3. Private Message System
Private messages are private between forum members in that no other
forum member has access to these messages. Administrators do not
monitor these messages unless a complaint is made by a member
receiving an objectionable private message.
4. Age Restrictions
The United States Federal Trade Commission's Children's Online Privacy Protection
Act of 1998 (COPPA) is intended to protect the privacy of children
using the Internet. As of April 21, 2000, many Web sites are required
to obtain parental consent before collecting, using, or disclosing
personal information from children under 13 (16 CFR Part 312).
You must be over
the age of 13 to become a member of this Community. If you are
NOT over the age of 13, DO NOT REGISTER.
