Because We Love To Laugh

In case you haven't been paying attention, we have been running a 4-part caption contest for the past couple weeks, launching part 2 this morning.  We selected the winner of Image S4s from the first round Friday (to be contacted soon!).  Round 2 ends July 6 - plenty of time to consult with a crazy uncle or neighbor on what your caption should read.

Remember, we want funny - not taglines!  We actually do sit around a conference table and go over these one by one.  It amuses us endlessly.

It is too bad you wanted something short.  I gave up on that. But if you'll consider something longer:

There was a young man from Indianapolis

With a ear on his heart, so he told us

But when the music was max,

He complained of  congestive ear wax

But the medics told him it was just Tinnitus

The man said this ain’t working I certainly knows

Channeling music to my heart really blows

I must find a new orifice

Near my brain, to excite us

So he put some S4s up into his nose.

My Eustachian are really low pass filters

No subwoofer can possibly beat this

But when there’s a sneeze

the mucus will squeeze

With a mess into S4's small, delicate speakers.

Professor Thump came to the guy’s rescue

Your nostrils are oval, I’ll grant you

But you’ll blow out your cochlea

With misuse of  ITE opera

So please do not do as you chose.

Oval plugs are for ear seal, like you’re told

Despite the tale from Nantucket

Ears aren’t need fer no other’ent.

Cause only your ears are the path to the soul.
