I know what you're saying.  "But Amy, the satellites are still wired to the subwoofer!" 

"Wireless" in this case means there are no wires attached to your laptop.  You can move around your room freely, wherever you use your computer, and still listen to your 2.1 system.

Pretty darn handy for couch potatoes like me.

The wireless range on this system is about the distance of a good size room, so keep that in mind when Christmas shopping.  Perfect for a dorm room, bedroom, or family room - where ever you spend most of your time working on your mobile computer...and need great tunes!

But wait, there's more...  If you have Wi-Fi and an iPhone, you can use the Remote App to control your iTunes with this system as well (computer and speakers in the same room).  That way you can be anywhere in your house and still control the music.
