Has this been covered in the latest Superman comics? Or was it just a myth to begin with? Do they still write Superman comics? I'm not sorry to admit, I do not keep up with the genre. I was just thinking about it since sightings of these archaic things are becoming fewer and farther between. I had to go all the way to rural Ohio for this one. There's no way he'd be able to save the falling damsel in time.
Have you ever noticed the word "damsel" is only used when referring to a woman needing rescued? It's a strange old word, too. Damsel. Sorry, sidetracked.
And don't think I didn't feel 100 years old when Steven had absolutely no idea what this was. But he did think it was cooooool.
