    Broken Custom -2s

    I bought a pair of Custom-2s around July.  After some fiddling, they worked great, but a month and a half later, some problems appeared.  I think it is becase of the connector part, because if I fiddle/twist around the wire right above the connector it sometimes makes it better.  I was at a trip at the time so that was all I could do, which I think might have worsen the problem.  I was just wondering, will Klipsch fix the headphones?  I hope I didn't spend $200 on a month and a half of quality sound.  I'm in Canada so do I have to send it to U.S. or just bring it in to my local London Drugs?

    You should definitely take advantage of the warranty and exchange them through London Drugs, if that's where you purchased.  When taken good care of, they should last you a lot longer than a few months.
