Hello everyone, if any of you or some one you know is willing to sell me their Klipsch RC-62 i, then please PM me. It has to be in fairly goo condition-- no big scratches, dents, or chipping, etc. I would prefer to have the original box but if that is not possible then i can compromise. Also, if you guys have the original receipt or paperwork i would appreciate having that too along with the speaker. *Just bought an RC-62 so i don't need no more offers.

Did you get to look at the RC62 by any chance? if so, why is he selling brand new speakers?

I bought the 82s used almost a year ago.  He was moving and had been in and out of work, or at least that's what he told me.  He had other Klipsch stuff, but wasn't selling all of it.  I also saw that he had an RC-52 on CL about 2 months ago.  Why he's selling, I couldn't tell you.  I don't know him, just the one time I bought the towers off of him.  But the towers have worked great, seemed like he took good care of his gear.

 Also I did not see the RC-62.  Not sure if he was selling it / owned it when I bought the 82s.

Apparently, he sells many speakers through eBay. I live in Los Angeles, California, and told him if he ca ship. I dont know if i should trust him. He says to i can pay though paypal. His eBay Username is Arch_arrivals. Should he ship first then i pay or should i pay first then he ships? I never bought anything online that is not from Amazon, so i am worried. Can you give me some advice before purchasing the speaker from him? Thanks

I don't have any great advice here, as I have never purchased speakers from someone out of state.  In fact I only have the RF82s I mentioned earlier.  If you could message / call him and make sure that the shipment will be insured that would be one avenue.  That way if it is damaged during shipping, you can get it replaced.  Other members may have more experience with this sort of dilemma.  Anyone?

I've done a ton of transactions through Paypal throughout the years. Paypal charges 3.xx% in fees for the transaction, but offers protection for the buyer. If you do not receive your item, you would file a complaint and Paypal would contact the seller. If the seller does not respond. Paypal will refund you your money and go after the seller.

When paying with Paypal, just make sure you document the item and the item description in the notes or details portion of the transaction. That way it's documented and you have that to fall back to if the item does not arrive as described

man i just bought a rc-62 in bakersfield from a guy and sold it to a buddy. would you be looking for a just the center or towers too? i have a mint set of rf-62 and the rc-62 to go with it but i dont want to seperate them at all.

I already have a pair of RF-82s. Can you contact your buddy; maybe he changed is mind about the RC-62 and whats to sell it.

I actually talked to this guy, but my gut feeling tells me to pull the plug. He told me the the PayPal fee was $40 when in reality it was only like $12 (2.9%-3% PayPal fee). I guess he was trying to squeeze as much money from me as he could. I would buy from this guy in person but not online. I actually was contacted by a user from this forums who is going to sell me his speaker on Monday. Hope he's legit.
