thanks DU73 as far as the Heresies go with the rc-52 I have no complaints I kind of under stood from a couple of people locally that runs Heritage in there front stage either goes with Heritage all the way or something from the reference line so I gave it a shot and like it. I have lots of friends stop and said the same thing so it can't be too bad. But I know what you mean about the front stage being timber I guess at the time I didn't think to find another Heresy to go with the front stage

here is a pic of the gear in the new house. I know its not much but all I feel I need is a avr and blueray player so the 15 year old stand works for wright now. This time around I actually read the owners manual to the avr for proper set up. It talks about trying to set the sub around or in the sweet spot then walk around the room to see were it sounds best. Right now I have the sub tuned to around 60 hz and output turned up a little more than half way. I have about 4 other locations I would like

Heres another you can see that the hole room is open on both sides one to ta hall and the other to the kitchen, that is why I think there might be a better spot for the sub.

Just for the record I made a 30' rca wire out of rg59 from tributaries for around 35.00 that was with their expensive ends too, so you could even get some cheaper ones off of the bay if you wanted. duder
Mother's in law...... She's just messin with yah!!!
Man and I used to think she was cool. It would have been in the early 80's when her and the father in law were stationed over there, and she might be comparing to prices back then and now and they probably were fortes or chorus.

I just used rg59 for the sub cause that is what was recommended from some websites and couple of local shops. Regardless of the type of cable, I just love the fact more people make their own. I too have used rg6 dual, tri, and quad shielded cable from different brands. I enjoy making my own for several reasons. sorry to get off subject
