    • Thanks for the reply! I checked the web site and can't find the template or the specs. Was hoping there was an expert that could just give me a quick diameter to cut.
    • === I’ve heard on good authority the IRS use the same equipment as your friendly neighborhood proctologist, rubber gloves and all. Difference being the equipment isn’t sterilized between “patients” —/
    • === haven’t done an accounting this week but believe approx $13M should have been deposited in my various accounts. And for the thread what we would like to accomplish in 2019 it would be to watch the $13M grow geometrically which with the above stated generosity should be easily accomplished. Yes, a very wealthy man I will be. And I’m feeling pretty damn good about myself —
    • The entire Nigerian royalty lives in the United States.   They are the most generous individuals I know of.   Always sharing their wealth with Americans.   They are our true allies.
    • Yep.  And depending on the frequency, we can use them to energize voice coils directly, transport information (near or far, with wires or without), or see them reflected off objects in our environment.  I'm glad we got 'em!  They're pretty useful little buggers.
    • new or used?  i have some nice KG series bookshelf/center for sale.
    • It gives my lonely Klipsch jacket a friend.
    • I've always ridden GT mountain bikes.  I've had my current one for 20 years!  Still rides great!
    • Gilbert is raising a point which takes you down a road you might feel you need to go.  Specifically, if the problem goes back far in time, you might want to know just how far back the IRS can take this kind of action.  10 years is common for collection.  Collection is the period of time they can seize things to collect a debt which is assessed and determined to be owed.   Assessment is a different story.  If you don't file a return, the clock never starts ticking, meaning the IRS has potentially "forever" to begin assessing unpaid taxes, penalties and interest.  If you are missing a return, the IRS can pretend you made $X by just "assessing" it based on data they have on you.  Once you file a return, the period in which the IRS must act is, I think, typically 5 years, but there can be exceptions.  So, they have 5 years to review a return and make any assessments.  If they do this, they have 10 years to collect from you.   Anyway, if statutes of limitations are pertinent to your situation, bone up on it before your meeting.  Maybe even bring notes about what you find with you in case the issue comes up from either side.
