interesting. iv modded my cabinet size with same cubic ft...the recessed effect is more sufficient and efficient with space id imagine with oem parts. looks textbook. i wonder how it effects as well.

It doesn't affect the sound adversely that I can tell, but I'll make a special effort to audition them that way and report back.
