  2. SOLD - ENTIRE SET Breaking up the set, the LSI's and Heresy's are now available as separate pairs. The single split has some interest, so not offering right now, but that may change soon, perhaps later this week.... I have been working on these projects for quite some time, and they are finally done. All of the speakers have been fully rehabbed, meaning cleaned and polished interiors/exteriors, updated crossovers and in a couple of cases, new drivers. All have been tested of course, and simply sound fantastic. All the work has been done, these are plug and play....These setups don't come around very often, and will last a lifetime. I am located in zip 46544. If you want this shipped, you will be completely responsible to arrange and pay for that service. I accept Paypal, USPS Money orders, bank drafts and in some cases personal checks. PLEASE PM me with any questions, or about any options you might see below. These are all pictured on movers dollies, for ease of moving around, there are no casters or anything else attached to the bottoms. 1. Pair of one piece La Scala Industrial, model LS BG. 3. Just read that Burt Reynolds died of cardiac arrest earlier today. Man, another one of my childhood "heroes" has moved on. I remember going to see Smokey & the Bandit at the theater and, like many almost 11 year old's then, thought that was the coolest car ever....the black and gold Trans Am. He may have had his share of troubles and issues through the years, but he definitely did a lot of great movies and shows. RIP, Bandit.

  9. What we have here is the one reason why the Evangelicals put a person with the reputation of Donald Trump over the top. Fwiw, I pointed that out prior to us not being able to talk about it. Of course that's small potatoes to what is about to happen to our "leadership," within the next month or two....A lot going on.

  18. I have a rule with speaker sales for better or worse. I want people to pick them up in person. Each of us has a different set of ears and preferences and while there is general consensus about what sounds good some like La Scalas and some like Cornwalls best. So I expect people to show up here and if they don't like them I Paypal a refund right on the spot. I have never had to do that but the offer is there. And then when they leave I am not responsible in any way for anything like shipping damage and then the ensuing nonsense that can go with that. With all the damaged shipments I received last Christmas season I can say in retrospect this is the best choice for me. I have tried for over a year to sell these and no I don't want to destroy them but at some point in time things have to go. I have given people plenty of time to get them and no one has appeared. I have to drive all over the place to get these because I wanted to and I bought these things I had never heard before because I wanted to hear them. I figure someone who is interested can do the same thing I did. I also have a list of things I will never buy again because they are darned hard to sell no matter how nice they sound and these 262's are in that category. Never again. Same for KP 260's and KSM 2's.

  19. That I'm just as crazy as YOU MEN ON HERE!! And I'm a minority-A WOMAN. Jeez I currently have a pair of Heresy on loan, have a full Reference 5.1 system taking up the spare room, Frazier Super Monte Carlo speakers in original boxes w/paperwork that are sitting since I bought an RC-7 to try between the Cornwalls instead of 1 of the Frazier's. Now, if my friend would buy the Reference system, then I can get an SVS pb-2000 from Cory-NOW DO YOU SEE MY POINT--HA HA

  38. I'd say all three.... Forte I/II and Chorus II...are really finicky due to placement..... KLF-20/30 are straight forward in your face speakers..... Another consideration KG 5.5 ( wish I never sold mine) Redoing cabinet glue/reinforcement on KLF/KG series is a must George

  39. Seriously the HD800 are the best headphones I've ever owned. I may be committing heresy by admitting this.... but I use them for DJing.

  40. Yeah, it's bizarre. IIRC, Kaepernick filed suit against the NFL for blackballing him to keep him out of a job. Right or wrong, he has "misfit" plastered all over him. That Nike adores him for this is not very rational, except to the extent it's just a slap in the face retort to an undesirable tariff policy. Then, maybe it makes sense.

  41. I agree with Carl and Emile. I have owned several pair of Klipsch headphones in both over the ear and in ear and neither impressed me. I have a part time love affair with Sennheiser. The HD599 are so far my favorites and I only paid $99 on Black Friday for them. Easy enough to drive yet very high end feel to them. I do think the Klipsch Heritage cans are pretty though! Tim

  44. I'm slow today, must not be enough coffee. I can't find what options A, B or C are. Was hoping by posting in the CCC thread I'd drive some more traffic to my HT form post. I don't see an ABC in either. C might be a link from @windashine on how to poke holes in walls, I'm pretty good at that.
