Mornin' all How's everyone? We got ~ 0.5in rain yesterday. 2X what was predicted. No complaints The car should be done today ... after the kamikazi deer. Took them a while to get parts . 3 weeks. Over the holidays... Told wife to not expect things to happen very fast, gathering parts. With things being closed and shipping overload.... They say it will be done tomorrow. Now I am thinking of seeing what I can fit in it. I see some KLF20's in Phoenix. $400. In my price range. May be a deal or not. There are some RP600M's for about the same price... but what fun would that be? They will fit too easy. And they are a little on the pricey side [from my view]. Still gonna take the H/K to the shop. That will happen tomorrow or Friday, depending on when the car is done. I really do not think there is anything wrong with it... I need a baseline to work on this intermittent. Plus, the shop will have things I may want. Maybe an amp for the doghouse??? I'm still celebrating my b'day. Wife didn't get me anything fun ... an electric blanket. I'll use it... but it's not FUN. I enjoy getting toys, still.

Nights are the roughest. Nightmares-you can’t fight them. I’m doing EMDR and found an amazing trauma specialist outside of the VA. The VA lets me choose most of my providers outside VA grounds-it’s even a trigger. Im 46 and have had the suicide attempts and major life crash. The fight is real. Its all impulsive. I had been working for Adult Protective Services and it literally changed overnight. Cant leave the house after 5pm. 13 years in social work and I never imagined, or could what my clients had truly been feeling. I tell people...many judge those vets who panhandle on the side of the road. They say “if you can hold a sign you can hold a job.” The mental anguish is far worse than anything physical I ever felt. You gotta keep fighting, help others where and when you can.

My bi-polar sister won tickets to the Super Bowl in New Orleans several years ago. She is one of those people who regularly wins radio show contests. When they ask recent winners to sit on their hands, they’re talking to her. I made a brief attempt to suggest that she should consider selling the tickets, before I was reminded who I was talking to, so I told her to enjoy the game. There is NO WAY I would lose an opportunity to exchange Super Bowl tickets for thousands of dollars. Seeing a Super Bowl Live is not important to me.

1000% Your right, I love mine, if nothing more than to keep the bed warm when I get in, if cold it stays on the #2 setting. Fun no enjoyed yes, I love a warm bed in a cold room. That's a good question. They are so new I haven't really seen any on the used market. I'll track them because I own a pair of b-stock 600M's. My rule of thumb for valuing a speaker new to the market is to take the street price and cut it in half. The 600M's list for $650 (higher price due to China tariffs) and the current selling price (my guess) is around $550. So maybe a used price of $275? That sounds a little low for me considering the quality of sound you are buying.

I can neither confirm nor deny that I listened to ALL of their music but I can tell you this, even though it was released 2 years after their split, is owned by me! Ha, and a great album it is with ALL of their prior hits to 1970. Really is a great old album though! Yeah, I KNOW you did too!

This woman right here stole so many hearts and had 13 major hits in the 70's while she did it! Still enjoy listening to her stuff and this "No Secrets" album is STILL a go to as are many others of hers.

Feeling like a Dentist now pulling out this one that almost EVERY one had to have in 1972. Seals & Crofts #7 hit "Summer Breeze." Easy smooth US stuff as we moved out of the British Invasion and tried to take root again here in the US. THAT never really happened though cause those pesky Brits seemed to hang around with sooo many great artists who are still here today thank goodness!

MGM picked them up and shazaaam 3 million copies and their first Gold #2 hit right in the middle of the British invasion! The longest Billboard top 40 US hit in 1965 lasting for 18 weeks. Billboard's "Number One Record of the Year" even though it never hit #1. It held that spot for 35 years until Faith Hill's "Breathe" took it in 2000.

I would positively sell the tickets, for one thing you can see what is really going on in the game much better on TV. Plus you could just about add on a new room with a new TV for the cost of flying, hotels parking and game tickets and other expenses. It would be an experience to see but not for me at that cost anyway.

When has had to pass he has and will. But why bother than you can run the ball the way that the niners have. So yes the KC QB is Great. But don’t underestimate Jimmy G. Also note that the niners have the best pass defense in the league and close to the best running game. KC has the worst pass defense and a suspect run defense. If the KC somehow contains the sf running game Jimmy G can make up for that. See the two games versus the cardinals. Cardinals have a solid run defense and were able to limit the niners run game ( our two all pro lineman were out) . So what did jimmy do averaged 370 yards in the two wins. See also him out dueling Drew B in the Dome. Not many have done that!

My dad had season tickets to the Rams back when they were in St. Louis and way back when they were good. Twice he won the drawing to get SuperBowl tickets. The first year it was in Atlanta and my brother has in-laws there so he went. The next year they were going again (the year the Patriots cheated) and that was in New Orleans. No one was willing to go, so I bought the tickets, sold them for enough money to cover the season tickets for the entire next year so my dad didn't have to come up with the cash. That was the last year he had tickets.

I'm going to be getting serious about REW and measurements, so I've been sorting out my measuring rig. I've got no lack of computer options, but with my rack about 30ft away in a closet from the MLP I needed either a long hdmi cable or a longer usb cable for the UMIK. I decided to keep the computer closer to the rack and go with this usb over ethernet extension to reduce costs and trying to connect the big bulky hdmi cables to my laptop since those are the only options at those lengths. 25ft of caution red cat6 and usb 1.1 adapters.

Bought this for one reason only. Tone mapping via HDR optimizer function. Looking forward to better looking 4K spinners on my 106" Stewart StudioTek FilmScreen and less projector settings roulette. Will absolutely be keeping my OPPO-203 for all other purposes though.

I have a 32 GB thumb drive that worked OK fully format. Read step 2 again on the Klipsch / firmware page: "2. Unzip the file folder and move the “app.bin” file to an empty USB flash drive that is formatted to FAT32 and is 8GB or less in size " The wording says *formatted* to 8GB or less. It does not say total capacity of 8 GB or less. BTW, I came up with some indirect ways of telling whether the update succeeded. When the firmware update finishes successfuly, the device reboots and three white volume LEDs are on on the front, above the colored source LED in front, so before the firmware update, I changed the volume to something else, such as 2 white volume LEDs. Also, I changed the subwoofer volume to drop below the default one white LED, and you can do the same for the Surround 3 speaker volume. Also, Bluetooth pairing is lost I believe (not sure as BT didn't worked on two of three BAR 48s I had). When the firmware update finishes, all these settings go back to default.

She has been very good about all this stuff, I don't want to ruin it now. Now if I were like you and had the twins I might have a different attitude, had not heard much about them in a good while. If you only knew the pictures you were putting in everyone's head, imagination is always better than reality with things like that.

Not to confuse things but... I would go with the 6000’s, 600c and a subwoofer to start. I used to run RF-62’s with a RC-62 and felt the $/performance was a sweet spot in the Klipsch lineup. I have also owned a few RP series speakers and I preferred them over the RF II’s I just mentioned so I am sure you’d be happy. Since you would be saving money on the towers and the center, you could put that money into a 12” or 15” sub;) There are some great form members here that are also Klipsch dealers, so you can save money if you know who to ask.

Yes I would spend that on 3 pairs. The LF cabs look to have the preferred drivers. The CD looks like the 1132 best I can tell which is a great driver. Throw some duratex on them build a box for the top section like @Emiledid and build some nice grills. The 904 is one of my favorite speakers. Good luck!

Same is said about the electronics burning also. Cannot dispute this as have witnessed this on different occasions. Real or perceived, your ears may well do the same. Enjoy
