  1. There is lambswool under my naked feet. The wool is soft and warm, -gives off some kind of heat. A salamander scurries into flame to be destroyed. Imaginary creatures are trapped in birth on celluloid. The fleas cling to the golden fleece, Hoping they'll find peace. Each thought and gesture are caught in celluloid. There's no hiding in my memory. There's no room to void. The crawlers cover the floor in the red ochre corridor. For my second sight of people, they've more lifeblood than before. They're moving in time to a heavy wooden door, Where the needle's eye is winking, closing in on the poor. The carpet crawlers heed their callers: "We've got to get in to get out We've got to get in to get out We've got to get in, to get out." There's only one direction in the faces that I see; It's upward to the ceiling, where the chambers said to be. Like the forest fight for sunlight, that takes root in every tree. They are pulled up by the magnet, believing that they're free. The carpet crawlers heed their callers: "We've got to get in to get out We've got to get in to get out We've got to get in, to get out." Mild mannered supermen are held in kryptonite, And the wise and foolish virgins giggle with their bodies glowing bright. Through a door a harvest feast is lit by candlelight; It's the bottom of a staircase that spirals out of sight. The carpet crawlers heed their callers: "We've got to get in to get out We've got to get in to get out We've got to get in, to get out." The porcelain mannikin with shattered skin fears attack. And the eager pack lift up their pitchers- they carry all they lack. The liquid has congealed, which has seeped out through the crack, And the tickler takes his stickleback. The carpet crawlers heed their callers: "We've got to get in to get out We've got to get in to get out We've got to get in, to get out."

  3. This showed up on my porch a couple weeks ago and I've been sitting on it for just the right time. Today it's ON! No more Ohio State football because of Covid so I get the day off. Gonna make the best of it too! Didn't make this one but the next one is back in Chicago and free is always good! Sooo, thanks for the box EC but what do I do with the Blue-Ray that came with it since I'm only two-channel? Might have to play with the Oppo a bit. Yaaas, MicroMara hecho in Germany! Sweet thru these lil cranked Heresey's. Next time around it'll be on the LS cause I know I'm gonna be a repeat offender! Great so far!

  6. Talk Talk was a British band that started out in the early 1980s with synth pop and new wave and enjoyed great commercial success until the mid 1980s. The band then underwent an artistic transformation, releasing two avant-garde works between 1988 and 1991, which had a major influence on art and post-rock and inspired many of the musicians who followed. The band released on the EMI, Polydor and Parlophone labels. HereĀ“s their Album " ItĀ“s my life " from 1984 , EMI Label, Printed in Holland

  8. Took the art from the walls and sitting on top of things out today. Extra linens and kitchen stuff too. These are important to me so they go next for that reason, got them all in seven crates with another not full. When it is easier to move around in here I'll find out if my lambswool 3/4 inch roller sleeves are still good and fork out for some paint so it will look more fresh in here!

  10. I was at a school once back in my military days. the instructor was ratting out one of the other instructors. He told us how the prior weekend, this gal had rented a car. The lock for the trunk was missing from the car and apparently this lady stopped at the gas station and saw that and figured it was the hole for the gas tank and proceeded to pump gas into the trunk. she returned the car because it smelt like fumes. Can't figure out why.

  11. My parents both came up negative on Wednesday. I'm not so sure I would go with just rest. We got them on a cocktail of Zinc, D, B, C, azithromycin and aspirin. May be difficult to get the azithromycin but the rest are readily available. They both had this year's flu shot and a an up to date pneumonia shot. My Dad has preexisting COPD, but his O2 sat never dipped below 96. He.has a nebulizer for COPD and he used that a couple of times to break up some congestion. Dodged a major bullet.

  20. My problem is, I tend to get her something I think she would like. Had a couple, "I need to get her something... I don't care for this [whatever IT is]" to have her love the item I bought out of desperation. My wife, I could say baffles me, but all wives do that to their spouse... On year, she wanted a ladder for Christmas. That is kinda understandable. She is vertically challenged. Ended up going to the lake about 10. Got home 3:30 with a mess of fish to clean. Wasn't the nicest day to be out. Cold... Might have made 60`. .. and some wind. Glad I was bank fishing. Been packing them in ziplock snack bags and freezing them... 4 fillets fill a baggie. That's a light serving. ... after I got back, wife tell me that the kid wanted to go fishing, too. That would have been fun. Next opportunity, I will. She can prolly get along the game trails/cow paths better than me. now it's time to kick back by the fireplace with a cup of coffee and relax. .. .........some more a couple of days until we can legally admit to liking marijuana. An initiative passed making recreational use legal. It becomes effective as soon as the election results are certified. Nov 30 is when they are supposed to announce the official results.

  22. Finished a long term project today and it is a stacked BB horn lens with removable clamp plate for 4" center line diameter four bolt drivers. The block is 13.5" x 9" x 6.875" deep. Mouth is 11.5" x 7". Stacked and machined with no steps and very little hand sanding. These had a pair of N314X drivers on there and they sound very good. No testing done just listening. I have been kicking around the idea of making something like the Elliptracs which are no longer available and this is the first version. Meant to be free standing and might add a bracket to tilt and swivel in time. For now I am just sticking them on top of a speaker I have sitting around and enjoying them.

  26. @Dave1290 The music award " ECHO " was abolished in 2019 because in 2018 a German right-wing extremist and anti-Jewish rapper band was awarded this music prize. This award has caused the whole music scene in Germany to hand over the old " Echo " awards. This prize no longer had any significance for the musical cultural society. Since the year 2019 the musician price is called " IMA ". " International Music Award " .

  30. I'm in Vancouver. Only used klipsch around right now are these rf3, it's actually a set of 5 speakers if I want. Rf3 iis, rc3 ii center and rs3 surrounds. Asking 550 for the 5 or 350 just for the towers. Or 425 including center. Or I buy the set and sell the surrounds. The plus with these is I can go listen to them.

  39. Tube operating parameters generally stabilize within the first 50-100 hours of use. After that, it should only be necessary for the cathode to reach its normal operating temperature for all to be well. A minute or 2 of warmup is usually quite sufficient. Maynard
