  2. Tossed some charcoal and a bunch of mesquite chunks in the BGE last night. I let a couple of pork butts go for a couple hours before I wrapped em in paper. I walked out this morning at 6:45 and the temp in the egg was still right on target.

  10. The best part is that once the temp stabilizes I don’t really have to check on it so I get a full nights sleep.

  15. Gil now has a new cell phone, so you don't have to call the main line anymore: Please contact me for the number. It is not a smartphone. He also has a laptop, but it is hard for him to use. I'm sure he would love to hear from people. Thank you. Brandon

  30. From NPR's Tiny Desk Concerts... Punch Brothers with the amazing CHris Thile (the whole group is simply amazing!). The first two minutes is an intro and happy birthday to Chris. Then it's on to another world. Incedible arrangements and playing as always. Catch his other group Nickel Creek, too.

  33. That constant wind like before a ts or hurricane hits used to come in late Jan or in Feb every year where I was living in NC. Something about where the mountains were in relation to the weather system moving through. Even that 25 constant is noticeable if you're trying to paint outside you might have to reschedule. Kielbasa anyone? I just noticed that this is the same as my Chicken Cacciotti except for the fried chicken and pasta. Didn't have any bowties or anything so used egg noodles. Like it grilled with pepper and onions, this has a clove and gets tomatos and the pasta. Just smells great at this point when it's almost browned good.

  35. When I started the new skeletal plinth project for my Garrard 401, I had a brand new in box SME 3009 II ready to be fitted I also modified it with silver tonearm wires and replaced the plastic knife edge bearing with the bronze bearing Then I decided to go with a tangential tonearm and sold the SME 3009 II to partly finance the current arm

  36. I'm probably going to still go for it, DIY plans for the bass bin are available and the K-402, drivers and crossover schematics are all still out there and available. Looks like a tough build though, I've never built anything more than boxes.

  39. That is an ill-posed question. Is a Jeep inherently inferior to a Ferrari? If you're going to the racetrack, then yes. But if you're navigating the Rubicon Trail, then the answer changes. Each topology has its advantages and disadvantages. If one topology was the clear winner in all categories, then the others would have disappeared by now.

  42. Do my ears hear curves? no... so to be more specific, for whatever reason, i didn't care for the sound of the DH1A vs either the B&C or Faitals. Maybe they're such a great driver my ears arent worthy enough for them. Sent from my SM-G955U using Tapatalk
