Opened my big mouth in her Happy Birthday post on fb and now ppl are coming outta the woodwork wanting to come down to the Legion for breakfast. Seriously? Ok, bring her a pressie and I'll buy your breakfast too. Got any extra cash layin around? 😂 Got 4 more on the list already. Walk-in's accepted??? Lawdy! Meeting at 8 so yea, I'm screwed. 😂😂😂 MAYBE the problem is solved but I'm hittin the ATM hard just in case. lol Yea, so my inbox is now blowin up! EVERYone is coming down for breakfast since I'm "obviously" buying. Remember this "friends" bring her a present of the equivilant value of your breakfast and if ur lucky I MIGHT buy your breakfast! Doubtful but maybe!

All quiet in Duckburg. Finishing up Little League at the larger park here. So the two kids umpiring saw a lil bit of heat lightening and had a 30 minute wait. Couple times with that and I was out the door with two innings left. Then here come the parents and said they cancelled the game until next Thursday? This is it. Their playoffs so yea, drag it out another week said no one ever. On a positive note the large city pool finally opened up. Costs and lifeguard availability were the reasons it remained closed. Lifeguards sourced thru the YMCA were wanting 18$ an hour and the pool is huge w/5 stands, no umbrellas and really not much of anything due to the prior mayors doing nothing. Have to hand it to a local woman who got things resolved on her own. Ppl donated all kinds of things and this week, w/the daily high temps, she got some local businesses to pony up for free swimming every day. Sure they got a lot of free advertising for doing it but it's truly a good thing for the community. Next week more are getting on board. The place has been packed every day. They'll get it sorted so that's one positive thing. Always nice to sit back and watch when good things just happen.

Hi, This my first home theater. I am planning to have the following setup: RP-600M II as front (L/R) speakers, RP-504C II center channel, RP-1000SW (or RP-1200SW) subwoofer and RP-502S II surrounds with Onkyo TX-NR6100 AVR. This is for a small to mid sized living room. Didn't want to go for floorstanding speakers as they would be too bulky and reduce the room space. Wanted the opinion of this group if this is a good setup or if anything needs to be changed. Sorry if this has been discussed before but I couldn't find anything for this specific setup. Thanks!

Funny, I sat here and watched that entire thing. I've never seen it before. I roll a lot of the time w/memories in here. How could I make that statement? I've only been in NYC twice in my life. One w/a record dude for NYE long ago and another time w/an artist. He asked me to do something for him prior to a show so I did. In return he threw me two "staff jerseys" for both the East and West Fillmore. Purple for the East and green for the West. I think. Said just wear 'em and tell anyone that asks I gave 'em both to you. Over the years the green one vanished somewhere but I still have the purple one. Well kinda. I have two big boxes of all my old t's and I know that purple one is in one of the boxes. The down side of it all? When I left my house, prior to my divorce, I couldn't get up into the attic above the garage because the pull-down ladder was cracked. I wasn't gonna die. Someone did take it down at some point though. My trusty neighbor said no one ever went up there cause the ladder was broken so the just pulled it before it sold. So that's where they are. I keep an eye on the place but don't know the new owners. I do know they haven't replaced it cause there's an open hole in the garage ceiling I can see when I drive by. I also can't tip my hand. Thinking about offering to put up a new ladder if I can get my things out. I just wanna be the first one up there. There's so much money sittin up there it's unreal. She was clueless cause she'd never seen 'em. Bill Graham though? He was truly the real deal as far as I'm concerned. Great guy!

Damn, a terrific price on these. If you’re on the fence the price alone should push you off. Their performance/dollar value is off the charts. I know this particular pair of speakers and of course Mookie too. While his appreciation of BBQ is questionable the man knows his speakers, and is honest as they come.

Hey folks, Thought I'd stop in to let you all know we received some great news today. Not sure how much you all know about stage 4 lung cancer but it is pretty much incurable. The last prognosis we received gave her 6 months 🙁 but after her recent PET scan they found that all the cancer in her chest had shrunk to almost non-existence! ALso even though they were not targeting the cancer in her pancreas since it was not confirmed yet it also had shrunk from the completed Chemo for her chest area! The Radiation doctor seen this morning he thinks he can clear it out of her pancreas with a few weeks of radiation. This does not mean she is clear or completely safe. But it does mean the 6 months is not accurate! The Donations are great and appreciated! But please above all keep up the prayers and positive thoughts whatever belief you support. Thanks a bunch Craig

For the 2-cents it's worth.... First time I ever heard these in Hope (actually, ONLY time I've heard them!) I walked outside and Roy had some jam's playing. I might point out, it sounded fantastic. Looking off in the distance, I saw his new MWM replacements (Grande's??) and a mega subwoofer..... Alas, the closer I got I realized it was NOT the Monster stack playing but rather, the 396 playing (sitting on top right of sub) and the sub. It was astounding to me how good it sounded and still, how "big" it sounded. Roy punked us yet again by having the monster stack out there BUT secretly playing the smaller speaker.

I don't have my mains in the center, They on both sides of the TV. It centers perfectly. In a HT have you ever "Unplugged" your center and listened to what the Mains are doing? Not Turning off the center but disconnecting it and run the regular sound program.

Do you have this in a HT setup?
