And guy's it's internal wires comming loose inside the speakers...give me a break...cheap. Gorilla glue the damn things. ---------------- Quit using monstor cable and connectors is what we did to fix this... ---------------- I thought it was a people "mistake"? 40 Year Old Virgin

Saw it this past weekend..Very funny and also very raunchy language.
  4. ---------------- No you were just being an angry little man. ---------------- Little..ha...and you still don't know what your talking about.

I worked on that speaker in the R & D stages. It had good low end. Steve p uses the 75 for his mains in his HT. They do a fine job. you can thank GM for the funny screws. For us, ID likes them better than phillips. ---------------- AGAIN that's unacceptable. What's this from time to time crap. It is Klipsch responsibility to deliver a first rate product free from defect. If there product cannot be packaged so that internal wires will not come off then they need to change their production methods. If I had brought any Klipsch speaker home and had to take it apart because it did not work that damn thing would be back at the dealer and I would be auditioning another speaker. I do not and would not make any excuses on poor production/shipping.

I have not heard the RB75, but I have heard the RB5 bookshelfs. They seemed to have adequate bass for what they were, don't forget the RB75 has only one 8" woofer in a smallish cabinet. ---------------- To me that's unacceptable. Klipsch Reference should be free from any defect. Is that not the reason someone signed the back during the the QC.

Will someone tell me why? .....Thanks ---------------- I agree with your question...The only knock against plasmas (ok two) are price and possible burn-in if watching 4:3 formatted TV. Other then that I think it has a better picture then DLP and LCD.
  11. You will need both video and audio cables from your sat receiver to your TV and another audio to your AVR receiver. The audio to your AVR receiver needs to be either digital coax or optical. The audio to your TV needs to be standards RCA audio cale (red and white). For your video it all depends on the SAT receiver but by the sound of it it looks like component cable is what you will need and unless you are using your AVR receiver as video switching I would run it directly to your TV.
  12. I've never played a superbit DVD on my progressive scan dvd connected to an HD display, so the question is..is there a very noticable difference then 480p?
  13. Either way works. But I would save your money and only hook it up to the left input.

    The Island

Caught this movie over the weekend. Very good movie, plus having Scarlet Johanson is a bonus. The only flaw in the movie is it's set in the 2050+ and all the taxi cabs are 300C and you can see one or two BMW 645's. But looking past that it was still worth watching.
  16. And if you look at their MSRP they are the same for a compairable HTR and RXV
  17. I'll be the odd man out...If your not happy with or it does not match the rest of your system and you want it to then you will never be happy. Pass on the RC-7 and find one in Black Ash. Spending even an extra $75 is worth it when it will bother you for a long time.
  18. el if you looking at spending less then $700 dollars then most AVR's are in the same boat. As you can see form my sig I picked the Yamaha, I think the rap on Yamaha is from people going to Best Buy looking/listening at $250 yamaha's and then saying there not impressed. Go figure.
  19. Watched half of it last night. (Got past the part where he went to Hell). Why is the sound so low? I'll reserve my judgement until tonite.
