  1. I'm not going to let this thread die. Long live Hofy
  2. And the "Sweet vocals" that those tweeters can produce, right Renegade? Heh heh ------------------ You must learn the ways of the Promedia's, young grasshopper!
  3. Incredible! Two intelligent posts, right after another even. I can feel the IQ going up! J/K. ------------------ You must learn the ways of the Promedia's, young grasshopper!
  4. Wow. An intelligent and discerning post. My hat is off you to SomeGuy. ------------------ You must learn the ways of the Promedia's, young grasshopper!
  5. Just thought I'd repost on these speakers. Have any of you heard Michael W. Smith's album "Freedom"? If not, purchase it. Its completely instrumental. I had the title song playing so loudly that my monitor was getting jacked up. There were lines wiggling around on my screen. When I turned my volume down, something that my ears were crying for, the monitor was back to normal. These speakers continue to amaze me. ------------------ You must learn the ways of the Promedia's, young grasshopper!
  6. www.3dss.com has posted their own initial review of the Z560's. Check it out. ------------------ You must learn the ways of the Promedia's, young grasshopper!
  7. Quang, I had my set since Feb. 2000, and during the last almost year and a half, I never had a complaint. I was one of the lucky who didn't get a hissing preamp or anything. Just sold them recently though. ------------------ You must learn the ways of the Promedia's, young grasshopper!
  8. Canis, I would suggest that ONLY in the case that you are a certified audio technician and don't mind voiding your warranty. ------------------ You must learn the ways of the Promedia's, young grasshopper!
  9. I sold my two year old set of V.2's for $250. to a friend, and purchased the new logitech's. Read my review of them under the "New Logitech Speakers" thread under the 4.1 questions forum. Believe me, they're about the best value for your dollar. ------------------ You must learn the ways of the Promedia's, young grasshopper! 10. I was going to say, thats alot of moolah you're toting. Either you're fairly well off, or you REALLY love audio. ------------------ You must learn the ways of the Promedia's, young grasshopper!
  11. Well EAR, I can forgive you since you weren't in that room, and I doubt you've ever listened to the equivalent system that I'm talking about. Also, you continually list incredible names, but have you ever listened to these brands? ------------------ You must learn the ways of the Promedia's, young grasshopper!
  12. No Justin, I'm not comparing the two. Its just that recently, all I've heard from a bunch of people is how much Bose sucks. Many of them are speaking from ignorance, and it just angers me. Thats all. ------------------ You must learn the ways of the Promedia's, young grasshopper!
  13. Renegade, do you have some deep seated hatred of anything nonklipsch? ------------------ You must learn the ways of the Promedia's, young grasshopper!
  14. Personally, I have heard Bose systems that walk all over the Klipsch. My father deals in Bose and MTX for large scale audio(auditoriums, churches, ect..) and at one point we were giving a demo for our local high school. This system was valued at over $40,000.00 and let me tell you, when we fired it up it blew the roof. Some of the lesser home audio by Bose doesn't stand up to the Klipsch, I'll agree on that. You just gotta know where to look. ------------------ You must learn the ways of the Promedia's, young grasshopper!
  15. No problem Justin. ------------------ You must learn the ways of the Promedia's, young grasshopper!
