I love the look of the belle , more fitting in a living room then the industrial looking LaScala .

I have just about the same story as above , olny it was a 1970 chevelle malibu SS 454 . Car ended up in one of those collectable auctions way down south and sold for $55,000.00 USD .
I could have bought that car for under 15k
Guys there is a test section here for that explans all of this and you can try out your photos there if you like .
Some of us on dial up takes forever to get into a thread loaded up with pictures .
I get a huge rooster from seeing guys like Q-man and Dale who have the guts to carve up and recreate speakers that alot of us can't even afford to buy !!
I don't think they are damaging the klipsch name or product at all and i love being able to come here and watch it taking place .Others like tom have watched guys start right from scratch not careing one bit about looks just the improvement in sound .
Valuble place this klipsch forum, as far as i'm concerned .
I think the mix is just about right .
c) Empty resonant box happens to weigh about 250lbs , under the kickplate is full of small bean bags ( about 25 per side ) inside the back of that chamber sits 2 80lb sand bags and the bass bin is conected via 1/2 threaded rod .

Guess that answers that !
Have you changed the volume of discharge from the bass bin or do you have a home plate style board that seperates that riser from the klipsch bass bin part of the khorn ? In other words cutting off that extra portion from being an extention of the bass horn .
