  3. what is the model number of your 6 disc and does it still work. i have quite a lot of pioneer 6 disc players and would hate to go to a single. i have recently bought a single pioneer dvd, sacd player at bb for well under 200 dollars
  4. masonite at home depot is what i've heard from forum members
  5. i give you a hint. they weigh 165 lbs. apiece
  6. the pictures he is using are the same pictures that a lady in chicago is using to sell hers on ebay as we speak. i have e-mailed her with no response. # 5746541466
  7. reserve has been met at 650. what a deali'm going to go out on a limb and say the seller is going to relist them for the 3rd time. no one in their right mind would buy these would they, eyebolt and all. i would make sure to bid to 750 that way you will make him come up with a new grill for the one that doesn't have one. another great deal
  8. Cornwalls for fronts ($800) Heresys for rear ($400) and use the rest for a center and a receiver. or buy 6 heresys if you have a smaller room. or 2 rf 7's and a receiver. the list is endless. the most important thing is buy the best 2 front speakers as you can and add later. this of course is coming from an all heritage owner.
  9. i would think that they are in the 3 grand department
  10. first thing first. remove the seats. i sold a set to a forum member who rented a suv, a gmc yukon who did not remove the second set of seats and it was a nightmare. after what seemed like hours, both tops and both bottoms and both fold up rear seats barely fit. i think that both seats were riding shotgun
  11. I would go with the Forte's and i think you have an (i) missing in your user name.
  12. my motto on ebay is, buy it now ask questions later. i knew i didn't need it but someone here would.

  14. Charles, i don't need it but was thinking about buying it for someone here that might need it later on. what do you think. second thought i might as well B.I.N.
  15. Michael, i would tell the seller the same thing you just told us. one of the drivers doesn't work and it is going to cost roughly 90 bucks to get it fixed. if you are in fact talking abour a K-55V. last one i sent down to bob it cost 14 for shipping, 60 for the parts and 15 to install. Bob Crites does excellent work. see what the seller comes up with. all you can do is ask.
  16. Jamie, the E in the serial number means they were built in 1966. congrats, they are very very nice.
  17. each speaker weighs 45 lbs packed with 2 inches of styrofoam all around including top and bottom . boxes are 19X19x24. the inside components are screwed in to the motorboard
  18. they were decorators when they left the klipsch factory. i don't know what you call them now.
  19. someone with a zero feedback used buy it now the last time around. i guess he couldn't come up with the grand OR the seller has more than one set. yikes
  20. Mick, contact klipsch at - parts@klipsch.com - they still sell the copper logo for 1984 belles. i have heard that they may be on back order. last time i bought them they were 2 for 5 dollars plus shipping.
  21. i will second that. thanks to everyone involved
  22. Dylan, did you get the new pie slice logos from klipsch or did you get some oringal ones. frznin told me about them so i bought a set. very nice for 12 bucks each
