  1. Speaking of gardening, check out the video of the tiller races from the Purple Hull Pea Festival at Edmond Arkansas. http://www.arktimes.com/blogs/arkansasblog/2009/06/supercharged_tillers.aspx
  2. That is an awesome tool for searching. Thanks for posting the link.
  3. yes...and that's all I'm going to say about that.
  4. I borrowed a copy off of netflix. I enjoyed the show. When the DVD first started with the actual concert footage I heard a noise that kind of sounded like a cell phone being to close to computer speakers right before it rings (much lower in volume though). I looked at my wife with a oh no not one of those DVD's. I've had a few in the past the would do that at random all the way through (Amy Winehouse comes to mind). Anyway the John Mayer DVD did that just the once and played and sounded great after that. He definitly has some guitar fingers. I bet he could stretch 6 frets at the top of the fingerboard.
  5. Any of you have any experiances with a Snapper rear engine riding lawn mower? I am looking for a small riding mower and these seem to be pretty popular. Thanks in advance.
  6. "Accepts what life dishes out in a composed way, hates fighting, stress and labour, tends to laziness and idleness, soft and relenting, makes sacrifices for friends, many talents but not tenacious enough to make them blossom, often wailing and complaining, very jealous, loyal." Who knew? []
  7. Thank you Youthman. I bought the 50" Samsung you mentioned in you post above last Saturday for 1249.99. I had looked around a lot and it seemed like a good buy. When I saw your post I thought that seems like the TV I just bought. I followed your link and sure enough it was (and for 150 cheaper). When I got off work I went home and got my paperwork and went straight to the BB. They refunded 150 plus tax. WOOOOO HOOOOO. I'll buy you a beer or a dozen if we ever meet up. Thanks again. OP. See prices do come down with time. I probably wouldn't have looked if YM hadn't posted this.
  8. At my house we call that show "Everday Cleavage". I saw her as a judge on one of those cooking shows and she seemed mean as a snake. I wish now I had not seen that show []
  9. The original Dreamland BBQ in Tuscalosa has some mighty fine ribs. I'm pretty sure the other locations would do as well. http://www.dreamlandbbq.com/default.aspx?id=5
  10. I'm actually looking for the service manual or schematic. That link goes to the users manual. Thanks for looking though.
  11. Anyone have a HK 330i service manual? I sure could use a copy of one. Thanks in advance.
  12. http://forums.klipsch.com/forums/p/83520/837248.aspx#837248 Scroll to the botthom of this page. I found the service manual on the forum after some digging. Hope that it helps. I have an HK 730 with some KG4's and I like the way the two sound together.
  13. When all else fails I guess I'll go with the manual. Thanks for the link.
  14. I have only purchased about 5 things in 5 years on ebay. Everytime I have purchased something the seller never leaves feedback until the buyer leaves their feedback. It seems to me that once an auction closes and as a buyer I have paid for my purchase, the seller should leave feedback at that point. Some auctions even say (from the seller) that I leave feedback after positive feedback is left for me. I wonder if these new changes Ebay is talking about implementing will solve anything. http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2008/04/09/AR2008040904062.html?wpisrc=newsletter&wpisrc=newsletter
  15. I've seen people on message boards make up fictitious sports players before. They would give these players wonderful stats like 40 yard dash times, bench press etc.. You would be amazed how fast that stuff would make it to other boards and I've even heard sports commentators on the radio talk about these made up players.
  16. Do you mean scratchy when you turn a knob or all the time? Most here would recommend Deoxit products. Do a search for Deoxit and see if that answers your question. Hope this helps.
  17. I'm thinking that system ought to sound pretty good. The HK730 seems to have some deep bass (even set flat) with the cheap speakers in use now. I bet it will really thump with KG4's.
  18. I searched for this but was not finding what I needed. I won a set of KG4's on ebay that I plan on giving my son so he can take to college next fall. I gave him an HK730 a while back and he's been using that with some cheap speakers. My plan was to hook up the KG4's to the HK but now I'm noticing from a photo that the KG's say 4 ohms nominal. The HK speaker outputs say 8-16 ohms. Will the two play ok together?
  19. Dual 30 inch subs. Now thats what I'm talking about. You could cause structural damage with those.
  20. It was nothing on your end. The files are downloading now. From all of the comments I can't wait to give them a listen. Thanks
  21. Your server will not allow me to log in. What could I be doing wrong?
  22. Darn, I never get any good ones like that. Send that link to me if your not going to use it.
  23. http://www.crutchfield.com/S-72gy7Rs90iK/specials/landing/klipsch.html?omnews=5507344 good to see Klipsch moving into new markets.
