  2. Always fun picking those up
  3. Slow start, but a win is a win
  4. Tx just licensed its first mj dispensary. Only for very low, almost 0 THC. https://www.dps.texas.gov/rsd/CUP/index.htm

  6. The new law that went into effect on 9/1 allows for Med MJ in TX. Limited to treatment for a specific type of epilepsy and limited to mj that has almost no THC. It isn't discussed later in this thread.
  7. Wolves live is forests, with the druids.
  8. I know what it means if they stand in a corner. What's it mean if they are at the stump.
  9. And whether you are on the mass or outside the mass?
  10. I didn't ask it right. If all reasonable minds agree they became a degenerate mass, would self-restraint be a factor in the evolution. Is it possible for a "mass" of people to be degenerate? If you belong to the mass you can't be a degenerate as far asnthe mass is concerned can you?
  11. I didn't say it the right way: If a society doesn't exercise self-restraint will the result always be it will become a degenerate mass? OR, is a lack of self-restraint just one of several possible causes ofna degenerate mass? OR, does the degree of self-restraint of a society have any correlation at all to whether it is a degenerative mass or not?
  12. That might be self-censorship, but it could also be self-restraint. It could also mean that you considered it a complete waste of your time to respond to those engaged in the conversation.
  13. Now there may be something which is completely interrelated. Is a society a degenerate mass because they are incapable of self-restraint?
  14. They were wrong, you didn't censor yourself. I don't think you technically exercised self-restraint because you already had posted it and deleated it later. That is more akin to changing ones mind ("thinking better of it upon further reflection"). It is a sign of of the most advanced of intellectual thinkers.
  15. Are they all standing in one corner of the fence?
  16. Exactly. The lay meaning you quoted has a particular meaning. A goverment entity that reviews material and determines the material violates a rule, code or statute. I.e. the Censorship Board in WWII, the local and state censorship boards that banned books and films.
  17. I heard the official Polk Audio forum loves talking about that topic over there.
  18. No, "censorship" has a unique and specific meaning. Self-restraint has more to do with living within the bounds of common decency that a "society" expects.
