Not here at all after a few years of using a dampened cloth with water, glass cleaner or whatever is convenient at the time. The joints are tight and the laminate is not peeling, discoloring or doing anything unusual.
My wife gives me a really serious look sometimes too so I'm used to it..[]
I guarantee Klipsch can blow your socks off when necessary.
Starting with speakers you are happy with is where I would start. Good Luck!
Our toyota camry is a pleasure to drive but I hear so much about how it is boring, underpowered and so on and so forth. Numbers do not always tell the WHOLE story. Speakers may test one way but to the individual the sound can be a completely different story.
Not any experience w/ them but I've seen them in pretty nice audio stores in the past. Looks like someone may be desperate and the price seems right, compared to new. Good Luck.
Looks sort of like silicone, maybe the purpose it serves doesn't require gold plating?
Why some tube amplifiers sound better than others........
Maybe for the same reason cables, sources, speakers and amps do.That's a tough question.
I ran across the Blue Circle integrated at a local shop one time. The insides look e-x-t-r-e-m-e-l-y well made (from an amateurs point of view) and the outside was so industrial looking and it's hard to see that from a photo. Another thing about it was the seperate volume knobs, how much trouble would that really be to use? Too bad I didn't take it home just to give it a listen, may have been most interesting.
( funny) ....Bragging about input power is like bragging about how much fuel your car can burn.
Thank's Bruce,
That was good easy read unlike some others that confuse me with electronic gizmo terminology.
Try going to Macy's or Von Mauer for a nice atmosphere but you won't find CD's, LP's or the great prices. The back "working" area of a Goodwill I saw one time had a mountain of clothing at least 8 feet tall and 20 feet around. It is where all the clothing gets piled up until processed. The restroom was quite clean unlike some newer restaurants and businesses I've visited.
The Rubiks cube, never could solve it or have the patience to try, that was my sisters thing.
I think I still have the book with all the odd colored pictures that when you stare at it just right the fuzzy pictures turn into objects.
Lasers are really a quick and easy way to align your speakers. My skinny RF-7's are pretty easy to do by eye, judging by how much of the sides of each speaker I can see.
Michael,
I always heard northsiders were a little odd, your avatar proves it.....I'm scared![]
Jamo has my attention now, especially with the ability Deano describes.
