YES..but the KHorn does NOT go 'High' enough, 'frequency wise' to smooth out with the K-402. a LaScala will smooth out the pairing; ...and I use a Danley Tapped-Horn TH-50 SUB, ...which to say the least, is 'HEAVEN on Earth'.

Can you define " KHwithnkuch " ? I am already using 2 kHorn LFs w/ K-402's as 5.1 Surrounds (and yes, KHorn have extremely more lows, compared to any LaScala) ...BUT I want to sell my kHorn and need replacements. Any recommendations other than LaScalas ? ...what is KHwithnkuch

I am so curious, ...how you guys are mounting your K-402's on your LaScala's LF's. Currently I have a 5.1 Jubilee setup, ...w/ Danley Horn-Loaded TH-5- SUBwoofer ! BUT, my two (2) Rear-Surround K-402's , ...are sitting/mounted on TOP of a pair of K-Horn LF Bottoms ! Well, i feel that it is finally time to sell my Black Satin K-Horns. I am still searching for two KPT-KHJ-LF's ...but in the mean time, I sense that two JubScala's may be the correct (economical) solution, ...to free up those KHorn LF's, to sell as complete K-Horns. I HAVE just found some Industrial LaScala LF's, with those K-43 woofers, locally. So, here we are : I am just curious what YOUR JubScala's look like, ...especially MOUNTED to a LaScala LF ! Also, *what are some optional replaceable woofers that you would complement the Industrial LaScala LF cabinets, ...in case I eventually must replace those K-43 woofers (if they become hard to find) ? ~PLEASE SHARE YOUR PICs and THOUGHTs. ~ -Rock on ... 'THE FORMULA' for JUBILEE tuning's : (May I add, after TUNING the room first !) …run the natural response of the woofers and then compression driver, after flattening the SPL response of both sections individually . ...take a look at the natural crossing point of the two. … use first-order crossover filters (effectively) to take out the 90 degree lead of the woofers to the compression driver. Voila! = Time alignment. … stop trying to tell the compression driver and the woofers where to cross using the crossover and PEQs. … trim off the response of drivers that is not needed using attenuating PEQs in order to keep the crossover interference band SPL response flat. You heard the Pioneer ELITE UDP-LX500 , with standard cd's at the 'Black Ice F-360' DEMO. I was considering buying the an OPPO, but realized this was the only way to go...for me. If i plug in a blu-ray player via HDMI, and R/L analog out to DVD IN on the AVR-will i get current/up to date surround processing pass through the AVR? N O ! ... thru the HDMI + Optical Out, will you get multiple channels. (And, possibly the COAX OUT)...check your processor manual.

I can confirm that Dneu's F4's are incredible ! I have never heard a more detailed amp, in my life. I have a Balanced XLR / JUBILEE system, and have demo'd his F4's,in Mono Block mode, ...and they ' blew me away ' ! I believe that the only First Watt amp of future interest, that we haven't heard, is the highly acclaimed Nelson Pass J-2. And, that J-2 amp arrives TODAY ! So, I trust Dneu and I will certainly be comparing his Mono=Bridged F-4's -vs- my new Nelson Pass J-2, soon on my JUBILEEs K-402 Horns. *Could I be correct , ...DR. DNeu ? ~TTYS
