  1. Hey Carl what are you using them in.
  2. The Belles woofer section with the Kappa 15C seams to match the output of the B&C DE120 Tweeter at least with my ears
  3. Thanks their is a couple things I would change probably. The first thing I would change is use a smaller hookup wire. And second thing would be drop the autotransformer and resistor in in the tweeter section which by the way is a 15ohm not a 10ohm Al said to changing it to a 15ohm would remove the sag seen in the plot. And third thing would buy the 3.5Mh coil from Bob. The cool thing about them is I can Bi-Amp or Try-Amp the if I choose. And I would like to Publicly think Al Klappenberger for his time helping me with this project.
  4. They are finally finished. I have been dragging my feet for fear that I hand made a mistake some where. Well I put one in the left channel and I am proud to say at least one works. Now only time well tell if I like it more the Deang crossovers.
  5. I agree Mark they seemed to open up the recordings. On some cd's I can her the room that the musicians where recording in better. I have not noticed stand out like this before. Call me crazy

  12. Ok after ordering hundreds of dollars in parts. I have come to realize the prices from our vendors for crossovers is more than fair. Well I am committed now. I will keep you guys updated as I make progress.
  13. Dean the values come from my poor understanding of a crossover network and to reuse the parts from the AB network. Al said it would not work and sent me a sweep
  14. What crossovers are you suing in Beautiful Belles?
  15. Carl had me thinking about crossovers. I sketched this up has anyone tried something like this?
  16. Carl that would be awesome. Just let me know when. Thanks Brian
  17. Both but I can use my SVS sub for the LFE channel
  18. So which would you choose and why? The MCM have the highest Sensitivity and two of them would = a 8ohm load. The Tang Band has the highest Xmax and more power Handling and also end up with a 8ohm load. The Eminence has the highest Resonant Frequency 33 Hz but looks to have the best Specifications and would end up 4ohm load . Thanks for you time Jason
  19. Yes 24" wide Ok 8's https://www.amazon.com/MCM-AUDIO-SELECT-55-2421-SURROUND/dp/B00DKF48CI/ Are these the best for the job?
  20. Jason Ok the Table Tuba 24 with dual 8's but why not 10's ?
