  1. This guy sells the Klipsch Heritage speakers and is in Italy. If you click the icon about, you will see an option to get his email address. perhaps, a place to start. Good luck with your search. https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCLleWZ74MYiSxG31BkmBnvQ
  2. Ha, see you in 8 1/2 days when the ad ends. He is not going to get as much traffic as he could, as he has forgotten to include the word Epic in the header. Got to pay attention to details, though he did get a bid.
  3. I think you should paint it in Black bed liner. πŸ‘ perhaps, time to take it up a notch.
  4. Lol, I’m already here. Sorry I could not save you a trip.
  5. These look interesting, anyone ever heard them? I'ver never seen them before. I am out in Vegas and perusing the local Craigslist for anything interesting. https://lasvegas.craigslist.org/ele/d/las-vegas-shure-sr-108-speakers/7019726040.html
  6. Eh, easy come, easy go. Anyone in Florida want these CF3's instead. https://tampa.craigslist.org/hil/ele/d/brandon-klipsch-epic-cf-3-dual-10/7029136571.html
  7. Whoa, there it is. Action is now required. πŸ˜€ What to do.
  8. Most things on Ebay are purchased without being able to hear, see or touch them, so there is a degree of trust one needs to have to proceed. On the other hand, the seller has 343 sales, I believe, with 100% positive feedback. That for myself, is good enough to take the chance on something I want. There is only a little over 3 hours left at this time. As they require a pick -up, they might not sell. Did you ask him if he wants to make a deal outside of Ebay, or after the ad times out? that way he will not have to pay them a percentage of the sale and perhaps he would be more amenable to let you hear them.
  9. Yeah, those look very nice indeed. I was thinking of Emile too.
  10. Gassing up the other day before the storm. Just your basic gas station pic.

The stopping power of real armored glass. 50 cal round into a hum-vee's windshield .
  13. Whoa, plenty of slam in that room. Nice sub builds.πŸ‘
  14. I found mine at a TJ Maxx store. I don't know enough about the different brands out there to recommend one. Though I do know that Lodge makes some. https://www.amazon.com/s?k=lodge+carbon+steel+skillet&crid=80AU78R81BUG&sprefix=lodge+carbon+steel%2Caps%2C195&ref=nb_sb_ss_i_1_18
  15. Ah, so you did go that route. Sorry to hear that they did not live up. Though sadly, that is not uncommon.πŸ˜€
  16. Interesting. What were the steps you took to find that out?
  17. Noticed that old pic by Carlos above. That is a beautifully lit and detailed pic. Looks way above the 2Mb limit here.
  18. Just clicked onto your link. Also called the Thumper. 141db continuous and 117 db efficient. I can see why it got its name. Impressive numbers. πŸ‘
  19. I also heard the Talon speakers years ago and was quite impressed. A claimed frequency response of 17hz to 35kh. That might give them the expansive top end you heard. 15 grand when new, now though I have seen them over at Audiogon going for around $2000. http://www.soundstagenetwork.com/revequip/talon_khorus.htm A memorable experience that I had was when I first experienced a pair of speakers completely disappearing into the sound field. I was very impressed with that. They were the Audio Physic Tempo 3's, which had a claimed top end out to 40khz. I subsequently bought those when a deal came up on audiogon some time later.
  20. Lol, Ditch those non stick coated pans and look for a nice Carbon Steel pan instead. This will do everything that a non stick does, but without that carcinogen finish.
  21. I have long had an interest in giving the horns in my Epics, a woody look. Will have to look into a wrap. Your framed horns look great. πŸ‘
  22. That is a beautiful table. What tone arm did you use for it?
  23. What is the crossover point that you have the mains set at? Are you running them full range?
