  1. Klipsch Forte II for sale I’ve had these a very long time. I’m not the original owner. They play just fine. They were in my bedroom for over a decade and were “my wife’s” speakers hooked up to the Onkyo stereo that I’ve had forever. I’m not the original owner. They guy I bought them from lived in Atlanta and he sold stereo stuff out of his house. He said he made one mod….and that is filled the base with sand as it” greatly improved the bass”. Well, I didn’t take that bottom cover off the risers to fool with. I haven’t done a single thing to them. Never took out a driver to look at nothing. I really kept for nostalgia. Wife wants them gone. I consider them in good shape for their age. The grills are solid. Those grills have collected dust over the years and I’m not going to attempt any cleaning. I’m in Carrollton GA. Pick up $900. Paypal Friends and Family. No cash.
  2. Need more pics of the setup! What are your thoughts on the sound quality of the Crown CT8150's vs Crown D45?
  3. I miss the 1988 black pair I used to have. Those look just like it.
  4. Currently spoken for...... jc
  5. The 700s built by me with the best parts at the time. Has the midrange Autoformer with taps. Can use 8 or 16 ohm driver. I ordered matching Auricaps for the Mids and the High Out. I built these and I made the labels. I'm pretty sure 1st pair ever made. I bought premium parts. The ES5800 were made by ALK except special order Auricaps to spec. Tweeter attenuator. Basically Only Auricaps in the chain of the Mids and Highs. Lots of money in parts here. Heavy. They are great for Cornwalls and Cornscalas. What was great about these is the ability to handle volume without breaking up. Also, phenomenal on Rock and Roll and Metal. The 700Hz works great for this kinda music as you bring the low end heavy guitar down into the woofer. My taste. Can use with custom speakers similar 4 OHM K43, K33, Crites, and some Eminence. No good reason for selling other than I need to start selling the eye candy around my shop/cave. $1100 shipped insured by me. I will likely spend $100 to ship. Only CONUS and Only PP friends and Family or a cleared check. Or pickup cash $950 Price firm and not breaking up. If they don't sell, I have drivers here for an outdoor speaker to crank by the pool. jc

    Non-Profit

My hospital is a "non profit" but nets many millions per year. So how is this non profit? Well, No Owner and no board member gets to squirrel the money. The excess revenue has to be spent within the company. More directors hired and there are raises (within limits). Also constantly building new structures and setting up new or upgrading service lines. They don't have to pay taxes either. Hard to compete with this model. They are growing like a virus squashing any "private" competing organization. So this "non profit" is misleading. Yea, I own a business for profit....proud of it. My business pays it's fair share of taxes too.
  7. I was on hold for 30 minutes......not gonna try that again. I'll try Trey
