  1. Hi friends - The 20's and 30's are still for sale. I have pictures of my system on the "place to put pictures" thread by Trey. ..except the 20's, which I'm not using right now. I moved and downsized my set-up. I decided to keep the C-7 and the KSP's for now. Drop me a note if interested- Lori
  2. I finally got around to posting pics in my folder - although the KLF's are soon to be sold! LC
  3. Thanks, Smokem, but it's true, I did not put finish and prices in the original post, but then went back to edit and added that info - So anyone can go back to original post to see finish and prices. I should've let everyone know in a later post that I changed it. Also, I've been advised that I cannot use the C-7 and KSP's alone, so they will also be sold. I'm looking into shipping costs. - I'll write to the members that expressed interest & request zip codes. Thanks
  4. Hi Trey - I would like a folder, please & thank you. It might be good to have your wonderfully spelled out instructions from page 1 or 2 located on a link on the "place to put your pictures" page. A lot of us will need it, and will ask the master for it over and over again.[] Lori
  5. Now That's funny!!!!! No, Lee, I didn't forget about you !! I'm going to work on moving the KLF's out, then see if I can run the system with what I have left - the C-7 up front and the KSP's in the back. I will take any/all input from this forum on whether this will work or not. You see, besides the high quality, thes speakers do have some sentimental value. Having said all of that, I will save your e-mail and you and m8o will be the first to know if I sell them. Thanks again for your patience and interest. Lori
  6. HA HA HA hoo hoo hee hee (!!!) (NOT)!!! too bad, jacksonbart, I enjoyed so many of your other postings! In case you hadn't noticed, I TRIED to post pics- I'm one of those ones that doesn't know how to do it and would need step by step instructions on how to shrink 'em down - although I just discovered the KLIPSCH site for posting -pretty cool. Thanks to the members who are interested and were patient enough to receive the pics via private e-mail.(They were WELL worth it-right?)[6] LC
  7. Hi Maroon & Lee- Thanks for writing & your interest in the speakers... SHE would be OK with shipping, double boxing & bubble packing the C-7; but not the big boys. I can barely move them!I OK, give me a tentative schedule, where are you coming from? Let's talk details. Lori
  8. Hello Klipsch fans- Here are my speakers for sale: KLF-C7center mahogany $200; Black satin: KLF-30's $900/pr; Black Satin KLF-20's $700/pr, and Black Satin KSP-S6's $400/pr. I do not have original boxes, but I have monster cables to go with them, that you can have if you ship or pickup these speakers. I have pictures to show that they are mint - I am not able to shrink pictures for this forum...I remember reading how to do it on the "what does YOUR home theater look like" thread- but that was like hundreds of posts ago - I'll never find it.. I can send pictures to your e-mail address if interested.. and Thanks!
  9. I have a DENON-AVR 3300 with that same system, plus KSP-S6's in the rear. It's awesome. LOUD - some say I could entertain at a wedding with this system!!
  10. that sure looks like the klf-c7 to me! my ksp-c6's are the rear srrounds, and that's not them.
  11. Black Satin KLF-30's and KLF-20's FOR SALE It's been a few weeks since I've posted these. I got some interest from the forum, mostly from some of you that want pictures.. Unfotunately, I am not set up to do pictures yet... I'm lowering the asking to $900/pr for the 30's, and $700/pr for the 20's. A package deal for the man who wants all four. Let me know.
  12. Regarding my Panasonic DVD-C22OD, 5 disc player, that is stating "this disc cannot be played", selectively with certain discs at certain times.. I printed your directions to attempt to "CAREFULLY" clean the lense. I've completed step 1)take the cover off There's a slight problem with step 2)GENTLY clean the "lense" of the pick.. How do I identify the lense pick? Do I remove the green little circuit board..? It seems that the disc that is chosen to be played ends up under there. If you have a minute, please advise.
  13. toddvj - why even go into that whole thing about how the kid at the store felt in this forum? "Wah" for the kid in retail? Please, we all know what it's like to be talking to a clerk who has no idea what they are talking about, and the fact that bchild311 DIDN'T freak out and not demand a new Sub at the sight of the damage speaks volumes for his demeanor despite this whole despicable story. Your post leaves us wondering whether or not YOU'RE that kid, and out of a job b/c they've gone belly up! bchild311 - I hope you get your new Sub soon, like today
  14. two KLF 30's, two KLF 20's, black satin, in perfect shape I will discuss using a moving company to deliver these speakers safely anywhere they need to go. I will take $1500 for all four, but the buyer needs to pay for shipping/freight/moving whatever. let me know if you're interested, anyone...
  15. ---------------- On 2/4/2005 12:30:03 PM kuisis wrote: If you want to have an excellent day you should check out a local bluegrass fest in your local area. ---------------- I agree. I wasn't much into bluegrass, until I went to the festival at Strawberry Park in CT. It's held every year in May, Memorial Day weekend or the 1st weekend in June, I think. It's a family campground and EVERYONE there is awesome, and there are pickers and little jam sessions going on all over the place, like 24/7. Band members warm up by jammin' with the people, it's awesome.
  16. I cannot BELIEVE that you guys are talkin' blugrass... John's favorite things in the world were his HT (with all Klipsch), his F250 extended cab, and his bluegrass banjo. Well, and some expensive tools, like the one posted a few weeks ago on this forum. I have pictures of him with Del McCory & Rhonda Vincent, both taken at the Strawberry Park Festival in Connecticutt. Some of my favorite discs, are The Cache Vally Drifters, "White Room", Old & In the Way, "Breakdown", and The Seldon Scene, "Live at The Cellar Door"... He would've really liked this forum.
  17. one suggestion was RB-75's, or RF-35's with all "associated center & surrounds" which would mean sell the whole system, and start fresh. I'm sont sure this is what I want to do, for sentimental reasons, but maybe I have to downsize the whole thing, if it doesn't make sense to just sell the KLFs and try to use the rest with smaller front speakers. I'm not currently using the 20's due to lack of space. I'm also wondering if the KSP-C6's, now in the back, would work in the front??
  18. Flying V : That is one of the coolest pictures taken in somebodys home I have ever seen!!! NICE!! those lights make the room look so awesome!!!
  19. KLF-30'S - $1000 , KLF-20'S - $800 OR $1500 FOR ALL 4 IF YOU SHIP OR PICK-UP ?
  20. HHEEEeeeeeeeeeeeeHHooooooooooooooooHHeeeeeeeeeeeeee!! no KIDDING! the only thing good about that foolishness is the airing of the people making an *** out of themselves at the tryouts - very phunney stuff, and free!
  21. "Switched" with Ellen Barkin was pretty funny...
  22. in Rhode Island...taking offers for these four black satin speakers, in great condition...
  23. That panasonic is a 5-disc, but the new one doesn't have to be...you mentioned a bunch of inexpensive new models...what do you suggest?
  24. that's right - "dedicated" to making me crazy!! Mine is a 5-disc player, and SOMEtimes, SOMEthing will play on 1 and 5, but the same disc won't play on the other three. The other night, only a movie I really didn't want to watch would play on 4 or something. I took it out, and am using the tiny little player I bought for my 5 year old at WalMart the day after Thanksgiving - Hey, at least it plays!!!!!
  25. a girl's point of view: Monty Python's Life of Brian Jim Carey - Liar, Liar Deuce Bigalo, Male Gigilo Planes, Trains & Automobiles / Dirty Rotten Scoundrels Shrek II - you can't imagine how clever and funny until you see it...
