Nooo, I have no worries about gender identity. However, species identity might be another issue. Sometimes, I look into a mirror and wonder if I could be de-evolving into a lower life form. I don't know how far down it could go on the evolutionary scale but I just hope I don't revert into a creature this low and primitive...............

It's still working and seems healthy enough. I'll keep it active unless it begins to suffer. I am preparing myself for when the time finally comes to do the humane thing. Meanwhile, I downloaded my contacts and I see there are quite a few that I should reconnect with sometime soon.

Cool history Dave. I really hate to see it go. Brilliant design with a straightforward and uncluttered OS. With the keyboard, trackpad, and touch screen, I never felt the need to upgrade beyond the BB Classic. I have an older Google phone and a iPhone 12 with different carriers but this old BlackBerry smokes ‘em (imho) and has been my EDC. ATT sent me a Calypso (whatever that is) to activate tomorrow. Once I settle on a new phone, maybe I’ll just keep the Calypso as a burner. I like the camera on the new iPhone 13 pro but randy has a good point in favor of another Google phone.

Another shot of the old place in N Dakota. This is the view that drew me off the road to have a closer look. Wish I’d stopped down the aperture to get everything in better focus - I stupidly rushed the shot because it was drizzling rain. Used the sharpening effect but it adds some fringing.

I like the dark mood with the vignette effect. The shot of the sway back house reminded of this one of the back side of the N Dakota house that I posted last week - again with the iPad app, I did a slight vignette and noir look for Halloween.

Much better. Thanks. I can’t access my cloud Photoshop acct so I’m just using whatever is on this iPad for now.

How about these two? I like the texture but do they look a bit cliche?

The chair in the window photo does look like many I’ve seen but it was there so I took the shot. Here’s another window shot but it looks staged even though it wasn’t.

Thanks, I appreciate the input. I did a closer crop and I think it helps but I should have worked on getting some close detail. The camera’s resolution allows for some extreme cropping and here’s a tight crop on some building detail.
