  1. Thanks everyone for all the info! Huck
  2. Hi: Could some one help me here with finding info on what years Khorns used what drivers and what x-overs, or what words to use in the "search" column,I can't seem to find what I need. ( example: 1990 Khorn used AK-4 x-over from 1990-1995,midrange K-55-M,tweeter K-77-M,woofer K-33-E)! That type of info is what I am looking for if possible! Thanks a lot, Huck
  3. Hi: I have a line on a pair of 1984 khorns which have the AK-3 x-overs, would these be the originals and what number drivers should this year have? Thanks,Huck
  4. Hi: Just curious as to what number you would give to your bass on your Khorns, with no sub,#1 being poor,#10 being best!.I realize that amps, source and room affects sound quality, but generally speaking! Thanks, Huck
  5. Hi: That's 10.5K Canadian bucks taxes included, right here in Ontario! Later, Huck
  6. Raptorman: New Khorns have a retail in Canada of 15k, but street price is a lot cheaper. I can get em new for 10.5k all taxes in! Huck
  7. Hi; I just talked to my dealer and I will be ordering a pair of new khorns in five months and there is a 90day wait, once a deposit is received! These retail at 15K plus taxes up here in Canada. Just to let you all know. p.s. All current production khorns come with the "pie slice" logo. Later, Huck
  8. Thanks Big Man....maybe I check em out! Thanks, huck
  9. Thanks, but it's Khorns or nuthin! Huck.
  10. Hi: Thanks for the Khorn tip, but I think I will wait 8 months and get a new pair with warranty.I really appreciate it! Huck
  11. Hi: Looks like I will be buying brand new Khorns in about 8 months, once I save my Twonies. Can't seem to find any used Khorns in Canada, so gonna have to go new.I will be starting a two channel setup and I would like to try redbook c.d. that hooks straight into the amp(not decided which one yet),this will have to have a volume control,as no pre-amp will be used! I have located one brand, that being a Cary308.Any others to consider? I would rather go with a non tube player and redbook only, please! Thanks, Huck
  12. Hi: FYI, all current production Khorns are using the "pie slice" emblem, also the K-77-F tweeter,K-55-X midrange, K-33woofer and AK-4 x-over. This info right from Klipsch! Have a good day! Huck
  13. Thanks for all the replies! Huck
  14. Hi: Just wondering what years the 'pie slice' emblem was used on the khorns, mostly I see the rectangular badge on the lower center. Thanks,Huck
