I have the Chorus IIs, KLF C-7 and KLF-20s and I will tell you that they sound amazing together. The Chorus are the main part of my system. About the Academy, I can get 3 C-7s for the price of it. Just my 2 cents... ------------------ Cruzer

I just got a pair of HD-600s and will like to know if anyone is using an amp with them. I paid $170.00 here in Germany, they sound great on the receiver, Denon 3300, but I also heard that they will sound even better if driven with an amp. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. ------------------ Cruzer

Jhawk92, I only can tell you that I have the privilege to listen to a lot of speakers, since I am in the military, the Chorus STILL the main speakers in my system...friends just keep telling me how good they sound. In one or two words, JUST DO IT!!!! You will NEVER be dissapointed and if you do, let me know, I WILL buy them from you. ------------------ Cruzer

I have the Yammy 2095 and the Denon 3300, IMO, the Denon wins when music is an issue (5ch stereo) and the Yammy wins for movies (DSPs). I like the 5ch stereo sound A LOT, so the Yammy is in the bedroom for now....my 2 cents ------------------ Cruzer

jhawk92, Go for the Chorus IIs, I have them up front and KLF-20s rears. Your combo should sound VERY GOOD!!!!!! ------------------ Cruzer

I have Chorus IIs also since '92 and like I said before, they still the main speakers in my sistem. Have them with KLF-20s and C-7 driven with Dennon 3300. The sound is lovely ------------------ Cruzer

I have my DCM-370 for a while now, so far no problems at all. Like you said, HDCDs sound awsome. I have played lots of CDs and tryed all the funtions. ------------------ Cruzer

I have to agree with tblasing, I have a Yammy KX-1200, that I got back in 1988. It was rated in second place to the Naki.. Dragon at 1/3 of the price. Same performance on the bench test... ------------------ Cruzer

Thanks everyone, just what I wanted to heard, another reason to keep the C-7 on top of the 52" Sony and the Chorus IIs up front, while the KLF-20s serve as rears. ------------------ Cruzer

Colin, just wondering, have you compared the C-7 and the Academy? If so, how much better the Academy is? ------------------ Cruzer

I have both, the Chorus IIs and the KLF-20s, and I LOVE THE SOUND!!!!!! on bothe Stereo and HT. Also, with the C-7, the 5CH stereo sound is Great!!!!!! ------------------ Cruzer
