In my particular case it’s a very bad thing since I’m in one of the vulnerable groups. It’s very frustrating that when I positively must go out that I’m expected to wear a mask that increases my odds of becoming infected. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

A few studies have shown droplets can travel 12 feet or further from a cough or sneeze. I did not personally read those particular reports. Dtel read them and passed the info along. He made the statement that according to one report he read we could be sitting on our front porch and someone passing in their car could pass on the road and if the wind was blowing the droplets could reach the porch. Our porch is approximately 100 feet from the road. Not sure how true that is....but he read it. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

A change from all the BS here. Dtel and I are so proud of our oldest daughter. Nice to know how much her employer appreciates her too. She’s on the frontline. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

That’s because some people are just sore losers and refuse to unite for the betterment of this country. I didn’t particularly care for some our of previous Presidents, but I respect the position enough to not be disrespectful. Disrespecting the highest office in the country just doesn’t go hand in hand with my beliefs. Disrespecting anyone isn’t acceptable to me. We are all individuals. No one is perfect. To blatantly disrespect another human being in any form is just evil, in my opinion. Again, the hatred by some folks makes me completely rethink my opinion of them. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Of course you consider the concept ridiculous. It’s also ridiculous that federal funds have to bail states and local government out. Federal taxes should be reserved for federal programs and projects. State and local government should be responsible for funding their programs and projects. What a novel concept. Unfortunately personal responsibility is a rarity these days. This creates an imbalance in society that is difficult to overcome, placing the task squarely on the shoulders of the government. If those people would put forth just a 50% effort we wouldn’t find ourselves in the predicament we are in as a nation. Sadly, there are those who would rather sit with their hand out. Additionally, some people are so blind, selfish and unwilling to budge in any direction that getting anything accomplished is nearly impossible. The hatred that some folks have towards another’s value or opinion is quite frankly disgusting. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Individual states and medical institutions should be responsible for “stockpiling/providing” PPE and not depend on the federal government. Individuals should take responsibility and have their own masks, provisions, etc in the event of an emergency. You know, kind of like seasoned veterans of hurricanes make sure they have adequate supplies. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

There are free patterns available on the internet. Just Google “free face mask patterns”. Christy Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

My concern is that there is a high rate of false negatives/positives with some of the tests for CV19. What is the test that had the elevated numbers? It sure sounds like you were experiencing symptoms from CV19. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Seems like our citizens need to step up and make a choice. There are people who can work. It’s time we focus on our country and what can be done to recruit our citizens to work those jobs previously held by migrants. Again, it’s your choice because this is America. Work or don’t work. Stay home or not. Wear a mask or not. I’m not going to decide how the rest of America lives just because I’m in the vulnerable group. I’m responsible for my own health and well being. I choose not to give that authority to the government. YMMV. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

You have a choice. Stay home or not. It’s really simple. I’m in the vulnerable group. I’m cautious when out in public and who I “associate” with. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Then don’t work, this is still America. I’m sure someone would be happy to have a job. You have a choice. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

The interesting aspect of this act is that it protects the companies from possible liability lawsuits from workers possibly exposed to “unhealthy working conditions” while maintaining supplies necessary to human life. In the words of my favorite NFL coach Sean Peyton. “Just do your job”. Again, I understand the risks involved with “vulnerable groups”. I will sacrifice my well being to insure that our food chain doesn’t fall victim to a judicial system that has evolved into a “sue happy” environment. For those in the back, I am in the high risk category. That being said I would gladly take a position on the front line that keeps our food chain secure. We sanitize all groceries before they get put away. It’s kind of like hiring an attorney...nobody knows your case like you do. It’s just another dollar for them. It’s better to be safe and wipe everything down. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
