Hi, I have recently started a crestron install where the customer has a ACT-3 in the system. I would like to control the pre-amp through rs232 and was wondering if anyone has the spec for the com port and the protocol? I have read in the forums that the pre-amp may need a hardware upgrade, how will I know if the upgrade has already been carried out and where would I get the upgrade from in the UK. Thanks, Steve
