what to do, what to do. sleep, come to you it will

The speaker is a 2005 model.

All great ideas guys. Now leaning toward popping the top off the center and also dealing Coytee out of that glass, gotta get some brain cells at work here in a few to think about it. jacksonbart, you're "crushing" me here. All that aside I finally got it wired in and amazing bass arose from nowhere. Listening to Eagles When Hell Freezes Over and it's thumping. Did my corner placement of the L&R hide bass from them? I had to go make sure the sub was off.

Hadn't thought of disecting the center. Jeese, sorta hate to do that to a brand new Belle. TV height will be raised 20", a little high but not extreme (I Hope). I know without asking the CFO I am not getting a new TV.

The TV needs to fit here:

Considered wood but thought I'd like to expose the top of the speakers where visible, and the glass is three pieces one on each speaker cut to top dimension. Also thought that no matter what the fabric would eventually mar/mark the veneer. The center Belle is brand new in box, hate to get a mark on it. Shopping for glass is amazing; a 300% price difference withing 15 miles. Example 3 ea. 18.5 x 30 x 1/4" sanded edge was $138, another place $50. Got 3 ea 18.5 x 30 x 3/8" with 1' bevels and cushions for $142.

No doubt but for now it is what it is. I might be moving for a job transfer and get a more optimal space but.......

I know, I know but what I got is what I got. My Mits 62725 DLP weighs around 165. The major base of it is approx the size of one Belle with the screen extrending past that base by 14"+/- on each side. I get my third Belle tomorrow to use for the center to replace an Academy and it is going under the center of the TV. I would like to keep the left and right separated as much as possible but also would like all three to share the load. I ordered 3/8 inch beveled glass tops for the Belles today to protect them. Total area across for the three 30" wide Belles is 128". Length of TV foot print is 58". Thoughts?????

One new Belle Klipsch remaining, up for auction tonight
USNRET replied to Amy's topic in 2-Channel Home Audio
Ok had to bump this up to say this baby is crossing Alabama into Georgia as we speak and should have it Thursday/Friday. Amy tried hard to get me some sigs and such on the box but the timing was just wrong. Holidays, payment receipt, etc jsut didn't work out. Who can blame any company that ships immediately when they get paid, not me. Thanks for the ol' college try Amy. Have to take a day off to receive so I may be able to get some photos, kinda neat as I have several pairs of Klipsch but always the new ones were bought in some far away place (Iceland, Phillipines, Germany come to mind) and while nice just didn't have this feel! -

Mini hi-jack; Coytee, I plan to take my Mc C-28 up to Terry sometime in Dec probably 21-31st during xmas break at work. Possibly a listen to those bad boys of yours? -
Although I never had the pleasure of conversation with you I can tell that you were highly respected for your input and steadfast convictions to what you believed to be true. As a Texan I was taught by my father that your word and handshake means more than an signature or contract, it sounds as if you are a man of his word, I am a man that knows not how to express himself in times like these so I give to you a saying that I grew up with in my adult word: Fair Winds and Following Seas to You on the Travels You Embark Upon; Your Guidance from Above Comes to Us Tenfold Since Your Depature. Rest easy shipmate, stand relieved from your watch. Michael Welch Chief Petty Officer United States Navy (Retired)

Simpe mount. Two "L" shelf brackets to the wall and two hinged boards with friction locks on each side. Some spare hardware from a peg board to keep the speaker from sliding forward. Navy: Jet engine mech by trade, went from helo door gunner to search and rescue swimmer to anti-submarine warfare P-3 flight engineer. Retired in '96, claim to fame since is to recover the EP-3 'spy plane' from China after it collided with the Chinese fighter, never again. See: http://www.pbs.org/newshour/bb/asia/china/plane/ I now work for Lockheed on the 5th generation fighter as propulsion and utility systems engineer. -

I'll fess' up it was me. I have been looking for 1-3 Belles since I scored the cheap ones here in Atlanta. Now to figure out how to raise my 62" DLP above the three. I too was surprised how ehh, cheap it went for. Auction sniper used and always is when I want something, last night the wife was using the computer and I didn't get on until it was over. Amy, I just found this thread on Thanksgiving, how appropriate! I missed the offers for photos, plaques and such. Signed box would be too cool! I told the wife I won it, well I won the auction, right??? I would really appreciate any thing you could do for me. I have to get to my work email Monday to receive invoice to pay. Michael Welch -
I have an SVS but have recommended the HSUs to friends on a smaller budget. I will admit I have not heard them with Klipsch but the buyers have been satisified.

I could only give the measurments for RS-7s if this is critical I suppose that wouldn't help. Unusable thread fodder I guess...

Fair winds and following seas shipmate. Get well soon.

Is this a HR-20? What software, is it a national release or something else? (If something else we need to talk off line, it can not be discussed here) Does it pixelate on all channels; local MPG4 and national MPG2. Just HD channels or all? iYou have effectively eliminated a bad coax by moving receivers so it must be in the box. Are you using an over the air antenna as well ON THIS DVR? If so does it pixelate? Are you using component or HDMI and is the run going directly to TV or thru receiver. If HDMI try component to elimnate handshake problem. Compare signal strength reading on same satellite same transponder in each location/each box.
