Yes. that woofer should read about 4 Ohms...Just like EVERYOTHER Klipsch speaker. You are reading the DCR of the Woofer Voice coil and what ever inductors are in the LF part of the network. The caps in the HF part of the network block your meter. So you won't see that. As for the speaker being 8 Ohms... I can't post the file I use to explain this. That speaker will have a impedance from about 4 Ohms up to about 60 Ohms. It passes through 8 Ohms 4 times in its bandwidth...Also through 6 Ohms and 12 Ohms....pick one. For fun go look up the word "Nominal" as in Nominal 8 Ohms.
