  2. If the horn diaphragm is blown it can be replaced. I think this horn uses the neodymium motor assembly. The assembly or diaphragm can be replaced. No need for a new horn. I would check to see if you possibly pulled one of the wires off the tweeter when you replaced your mid. Vibrating mid could be no secured to mounting plate tightly? I've got some of the K-1057's if you need help. Maybe the motor assembly and driver.
  3. Does anyone know if the KP-65-E compression driver will work on the CF4 which uses the K-3KN? Anyone know the xover frequency for the CF4 or have a schematic? Thanks.
  4. Hi DD. He hasn't mentioned an asking price but is trying to get an idea of what they might bring. He hasn't used these and they have been in the packing crates in which they were shipped to him. Sounds like they may bring $5,000 to $6,000??? He's in our area.
  5. A buddy of mine has one pair of walnut Khorns that were showroom demos and are in excellent condition. I think they are two years old?? They are pack at this time and haven't been used. What's the going range for these? I know this isn't much info but that's about all I have. One may have a slight blemish on top which can probably be buffed off. I haven't seen them just passing on info. He's not a forum member so I told him I would inquire. Thanks.
  6. I've got 10 of these puppies for sale at $40.00 each. Doesn't show KP-65-E on them but they are the Eminence PSD 2002S drivers. New old stock in perfect condition. I'm taking photos now and will post or email.

  8. The KLF20 uses two of these as I recall I've got some T/S specs I got using the Woofer Tester II. I'll have to post later - got to go to a football game. Heck of a woofer.

  10. Not sure exactly how to post photo. You can see it at http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v671/longdrive03/DSC09292.jpg
  11. I have four of these that are new, never installed in original shipping boxes. $65.00 each plus shipping. Send email or PM or post. Thanks.
  12. Does anyone have any SPL info (1w/1m) on the K-94-K tweeter Klipsch used in some of it's KSB line? Thanks.
  13. Hi Newbie. Assuming the "horn" is blown you don't need a new horn just a new diaphragm which is fairly easy to replace. Bob Crites sells them on ebay and also posts here so he can probably help you. Or, you can try getting one from Klipsch parts for probably less than $50.00. Good luck.
  14. Can someone point me to the Klipsch speaker which uses this woofer? I searched the website and this forum and didn't find anything. TIA
  15. I should have been clearer on my question. Assuming the inner clearance of the woofer is not an issue how does this woofer perform in a horn loaded enclosure? According to the link above (thanks for that) it had 3.4 ohm Re, Fs 36hz, qt .314, qe .33, and vas 198.474 lit with 98.5 spl. Any thoughts appreciated.
  16. Please post if you have them. This woofer was used in the KPT-MWM pro system. Would it work in a LaScala or Khorn set up? Thanks.
  17. Yes, the black and red caps pop out easy. Use a screw or small knife to "flip" them out.
  18. Almost forgot. If you can save them and need new dust caps let me know. I have some new unused 4 1/2" dust caps with the Klipsch emblem for sale.
  19. Looks like someone colored in the Klipsch emblem on the dust cap. Is it concave or just "caved in"? Photo the rear and post it so we can see. Any numbers on the magnet. BTW where was the auction and was it all Klipsch stuff?
  20. Shouldn't be a problem as long as you avoid any air leaks. I've got some individual banana plug terminals I'll send you if you only need about a 1/4" post. Let me know if you want them. I've attempted to attach a photo!
  21. Does the 3504 autoformer have similar specs to the 3636, 3619, T2A autoformers as to attenuation and impedance mulitiplication at the various taps. The 3504 was used in the Tangent T4000 system. Thanks.
  22. I think the K-67 is a P Audio BM440 driver which is 8 ohms. You can find them on line and get a FRG. Don't know the impedance on the other tweeter.
  23. Where do you place them in relation to the 2.5mh coil and 68uf cap?
