  1. Why do you say this? Any changes to the x-over needed for go to the K48? Do you have a link to the K48 (Eminence, etc.)? Thanks.
  2. Am trying to decide between the latest Forte and the latest Cornwall. Most of the differences are obvious and well documented, save one thing. The Forte uses the K-700 titanium mid-range compression driver and the CW uses the K-702 polyamide driver in the same position. Any comments on the differences between these two drivers (other than the obvious)? Thanks.
  3. Unfortunately, that is true about the disperson. The tweeter 'horn' looks like it is not square, so it cannot be rotated. Too bad. If I was willing to give up the space to have a pair of the RC-62 IIs on their sides I would jump to a pair of La Scalas. Perhaps I can convince (LOL) Klipsch to put the tweeter from the RF-7 II into the RB-82 II box. Thanks.
  4. Am wondering if using a pair of the RC-62 II standing on end might not be a better choice than the RB-81 II? Same tweeter but the advantage of having one woofer for the low range and the second woofer going all the way up to the actual crossover point to the tweeter. Only 4.5" taller and a bit narrower, so could be easily done.
  5. Just listened to a set for about 10-minutes at the local Klipsch emporium and did not feel that way. Was surprised at the amount of bass from such a smallish speaker, but did not find it slow or bloated. Excellent sound.
