I'm just going to leave it at ths.After I have a few ECT's,I'll let you know how it helps.All I can say at this point is,when you get ready to go to bed look into your childrens bedroom & make sure the covers are raising & falling from their breathing.Not once a month or once a week everyday.There are people out there who neglect,abuse & terminate their pregnancy.What I would give to have just one more hour with my little boy.I know how hectic it is to have young ones & full time jobs.Just imagine having to go to a head stone to talk to your baby.Everyone one of you should get on your knees & thank the lord fore the special gift he's given you.So the next time your child brings home a report card less than perfect,remember,he could not be bringing home a card at all!God bless you all.Tim.

I'm not asshamed to admitt as I write this,tears swell my eyes.You fellas are a great bunch of guys & God bless you you for your best wishes.I've been on over 70 different meds. for my severe depression & bipolar.You see guys,I feel that God gave me the gift of a child,one child & I blew it.I should have been there to prevent his death & I was'nt & now I'm paying dearly everyday.I thank you all so much for your kind words,but to be honest I wish I could just be reunited with my little boy.It's not natural for a parent to bury their child.Thanks again,Tim.

I'm sorry to the people I may have offended.I do feel the person who posted all that personal info. on me was way out of line,but that's water under the bridge.I just got a little frustrated because I know my grammar is terrible.The only thing is,my computer skills are ten times worse.It takes me an hour to write a short post.That's why I abbreviate a lot.I really need to take a basic computer course.Like when a member mentioned to just double click the enter button,it would start a new paragraph.I don't know even the simple things like that,not to mention how to cut out & paste,send a link.I have no printer or copier.I bought some of those video professor cd's,but hav'nt sat down to watch them.I really do love the forum,& have noticed a scense of lost even not being off these few days.Again,I apoligize & appreciate all the help so many of you have given me.I'll work on my grammar & computer skills.As far as what Bob mentioned about certain programs I may or may have not got,I have no clue about that either.I hope there's no hard feelings with anyone.If there is,please contact me so I can try to make it right.I'd really like to be able to stick around & still get the outstanding advice that I can not get in any other forum.Thanks,Tim.

Not that it's any of your business,but I signed up,with my parents consent at 16.To list my home pnone # & personal info. is way out of line.This is obviously a very hateful, aggresive attack on me.I'll give you another fact about me that I'm sure you'll love.It will probably make your whole week.In March 21,2004,I went in to wake my son to go to Sunday mass.I found him dead in his bed.When I tried to pick him up to hold him,I could'nt because he had been down so long he was very stiff.He was my only son & only child & I suffer terribly with every single day.There does that make you happy.I think what you've done is very wicked.As much anger & hurt I'm feeling right now,I hope you never have to go through anything like that.You should be very proud.

I'm so sorry that when I graduated high school,my only choice was to go in the armed forces & help with uor nations security.I did'nt have the option of going to colledge like you on your Ivy league pedistal.When I got out of the forces,I went right to U.P.S. where I do 180 stops a day & deliver 1000 pkgs. a day.I'm a blue collar worker & proud of it.I've been busting my *** for U.P.S. for the last 25 yrs. at 12+ hrs. a day.I'm so sorry I don't have the educattion & proper grammer your used to.Have you ever heard the saying,if you can't say anything nice then...I'm sure you'll come back with a long well wriiten response to degrade me even more.I admitt that my lack of education makes me sound like a Maine hick,but that was obviously God's plan for me & I accept it.The only reason I post what I do,is because I'm trying to learn.I guess none of you ever enjoy cranking up the music.Rest assure,I will never bother any of you again.I now know that I don't drive a nice enough car & don't live in Florida where the wheather is beatiful all year around.Again,I am only trying to learn & you've accomplished your goal at making me realize I'm an uneducated blue collar low life.I guess God had to create some of us to dig the ditches.P.S. Hey fellas,hav'nt had to bother you lately because I finally got a pair of Khorns.I know I probably owe Amany of you some $ for asprin that you needed after banging your heads against the wall with all my ridiculous questions.My K's are 1996 with AK3 crossovers.I upgraded to Bob Crite's woofers & the CT-125's.As all of you know,my fascination is achieving a speaker to reach a 109 db.I ordered a pair of Fostex T90A tweeters last night.They are 106 db. & have a 35KHZ limit.I know many people say 20K is the limit to human hearing,but I weant to a sight that produced a sound spectrum that went up to 22K HZ.,& I heard that freq. with no problem.I don't know how the Fostex compares with the CT-125's,but I just wanted to see if I could hear a difference with a high freq. tweeter.Anybody have an opinion about the Fostex & the CT-125.I've waited & looked at ebay,craigslist & Audiogon for a pr. of pre-owned Fostex T90A's or even more so the Fostex T900A.Nothing ever came up.I'm wondering if this is because that everyone that got the Fostex tweeter was happy with it & did'nt want to part with it.Come to think about it,I hav'nt seen a pair of Bob's CT-125's for sale either.I really have a high regard for Mr. Crites.He has endless patience with me & he & his wife are so incredibly nice on the phone.I understand that the max. SPL I can get from my K's is 121.I was wondering if switching components in the speaker could change that.I really don't expect to try to up that 121,but this si just for my own knowledge.Lastely,I was wondering what people think of my K's with the upgraded woofer & tweeter.If the squaker of the K(K-55-M) is of high quality,or do any of you that have K's,upgrade the midrange,& if you do,with what & why.Just to let any one know who is considering responding to this post,I power my system with a Parasound HC 3500(350 WPC).I also have 2 21" Tekton subwoofers.Each being housed with a 12 cu. ft. cab. & being powered by an Adcom 555ll bridged(600 WPC) & an external crossover.Thanks for everyones opinions & suggestions.P.S. I would'nt repeat this info.,if I thought it was private,but to anyone who knows &/or admires Bob Crites,he has recently had a stint put in(my dad also had the same procedure) & seems to be recovering well.Bob has helpt me(I'm sure with clenched teeth,endlessly)I hope his life is long & happy.I got into the Klipsch game post Paul's crossover.My thoughts & respect is the same to me with Bob as I'm sure as many of yours is & was with Paul's.Feel better Bob.Thanks,Tim.

I was using a Luxman TP-117 for a pre amp for awhile.The Audiogon blueboof states the Luxman was 1987 & retailed new at $1250.I decided to try to upgrade & bought a B&K AVP 3090 pre amp.Audiogon states it's 1997 & retails for $2500.It is THX,which at this point in time I'm only interested in 2 channel syereo.The B&K seems complicated to me.I was wondering if anyone have an opinion about the quality of the Luxman compared to the B&K.Any advice & opinion is greatly appreciated.Thanks,Tim.

I just got a pair of Khorns.I put in CT-125 tweeters & CW1526C woofers.I also have a pair of 12 cu. ft. subs. each with 1 21" Tekton driver each with an external crossover & each being powered with a bridged Adcom 555II amp.(600 WPC).Are the tweeter & woofer exchange an upgrade.Also,is the squaker of the Khorn a weak link.If so,can anyone explain why & what are some good upgrade options that I only have to do is screw in the screws.Thank you for all & any help & opinions,Tim.

I reciently swithched my 2 4b bryston,bridged(800 WPC)to a single Parasound HCA 3500(350 WPC)I've got A lot of head smashing due to me wanted to crank up once in a wall.I've even got multiple prvt. emails from members that state they're on my side for the need & want to turn the voloume A little.I'm not a guy who gets mad at these situations.You all have to learn the hard way.Try to remember those times you 1st was in a group of the richer parents that got everything they wanted,especially music.They would show up many mornings decked w,Nike's,gold bling,& 7 figured ride's.I guess what my ? is,what does anyone know about the Brston 4B(250WPC)I also recently got a preowned Parasound.It's 350 WPC & a huge 120 amps.It's littery twice the lenghth & weighed 100 lbs.I can' emagine that the one Brystons is beeter thje the BrystonAny thoghts is greatley appreciatted.Tim.

The KHorns are above & beyond anything I expected from a speaker.The bass is incredible.When I first got them,I ran them w/ my 2 Bryston 4B's bridged.I blew the fuses on the bass bins a couple of times,so I decided to run a Parasound HCA 3500 single amp(350 WPC,120 amps)I also switched the woofers to Bob Crites CW1526C's.Bob says they're an upgrade from the original woofers.Does anyone know if Bob's woofers will handle more power than the original woofers I switched them for.Thanks,Tim.

I finally stopped trying to upgrade my Cornscalas & got a pr. of 1996 KHorns.They have the AK3 crossovers which Bob C. said were of good quality.I implemented the CT-125 tweeters into the K's.I also put Bob's CW1526C woofers.I know A lot of you got on me for over powering my spkrs. w/ 2 bridged Bryston 4 B's(600-800 WPC)I know have the 2 Bryston 4B's for sale & am now powering my system w/ a Parasound HCA 3500.My problem know is,I was using a Luxman TP-117 preamp.It was put out in 1987 & retailed for $1250.I decided to upgrade,& purchased a B&K AVP 3090 which was put out in 1997 & retailed for $2500.My problem is that the B&K is incredibly complicated.I actually don't notice an improvement between the Luxman & the B&K.My question is are any of you educated on these 2 pieces & is just because the B&K more expensive mean it's $1000 better than the Luxman.Just FYI,I only want the B&K & Luxman for 2 channel stereo & not for home theatre.Any help & advice is greatly appreciated.Thanks,Tim.

Thanks Bob for chiming in.I'm afraid to even ask you any more ?'s because I know I drive you & A lot of people on the forum crazy(with good reason)I guess the best & only way to explain it is,with my set up,on occasion,maybe mostly when I'm drinking,I love to crank up my R&R.Having 2 Bryston 4B's bridged,I can still turn up the volume untill the distortion lights start to flicker.What I want is when those occasions come up is to be able to turn up the volume without the distortion lights come on & to be able to say this is enough,I can't stand to turn up the volume any more.What I'm going to do is to go to Radio Shack & get a db. reader,so when I get into one of my moods to really crank up the music until the distortion lights start to flicker I can let all you know what I'm getting for a db. reading.Maybe that will give you all some idea of what I'm looking for.I can't thank you all enough for taking the time to respond to my post.I know I must frustrate A lot of you,but I guess that's what begginers do.Again thank you all so much for putting up w/ me.Tim.
