  1. Since I had some troubles getting seeds started, I decided to order some live plants. Couple of Chocolate Reapers. Sent from my SM-G986U using Tapatalk

    EdgarHorn Titans.

Hopefully a lift truck as well.
  3. I've gone close to 12 hours without needing to add any wood. That being said, the accessory you have pictured to the right allows for easy removal of the plate setter to add wood if necessary. To answer your question, there is no secret door to add wood, yes you need to remove the food/grate/plate setter in order to add wood/charcoal. But as I have mentioned, it rarely happens and isn't that complicated if needed. I have cooked several times on one batch of wood, 2-3 times with one batch at high temps such as 600/700 degrees. Very well insulated and very efficient.
  4. There are many variations these days. I was told they are now made by Char Grill to be sold at big box stores. The originals weigh twice as much and hold very well. I would look for used one locally before ever considering purchasing a new one.
  5. Kamado style grill is what the BGE is. Look at an UGD, other than more egg shaped and thicker walls, they cook close to the same. I have not problem cooking at lower temps, but quantity is an issue, you have to get creative to fit 3-4 butts on a large. If I am getting to that amount of butts for a big event, I resort to my easy bake over the Green Mountain. You do a lot with the egg, especially extremely high temps for searing or cooking pizzas.
  6. I need to start making an list of all these great artists to try. I used to worry that no longer listening to radio would result in me not trying new music. There is so much out there and thankfully due to threads like this I get to experience them. Someone on the McIntosh Facebook page recommended a Latin Jazz female performer, it was a wonderful sound. But now I can't remember who it was and why the list is important. Sent from my SM-G986U using Tapatalk

  8. Yes, I might consider a Heresy IV if a single was available. Sent from my SM-G986U using Tapatalk
  9. I've always had thiat dilemma if I ever had the opportunity to buy new speakers. Luckily PHT helped make the decision when they only had one set of B stock left. Walnut it was and I love them. I think I would love the cherry just as much. Sent from my SM-G986U using Tapatalk
  10. Yes this amp will sound great with any Klipsch Heritage. I ran it with my Heresys and Cornwalls with great results. MC2505 should have 4, 8, or 16 ohm taps. Wish I had mine back. Sent from my SM-G986U using Tapatalk
  11. Thanks for sharing, there appears to be a little something for everyone. Toto and Stealy Dan have a great sound, The Dark Side of The Moon is always one of my go to. Going to have to check out the rest. Sent from my SM-G986U using Tapatalk
  12. A person can never have too many smokers (unless physical space is a problem). I really enjoy using my large BGE which I plan on moving to an XL someday. I also enjoy my Green mountain for when I don't feel like putting much effort into the process(not that the BGE takes much either), I miss using my barrel smoker and off set. I felt I got better brisket with the offset than any other smoker, but its hard to justify one for just brisket. Sadly I usually use my Green Mountain for brisket, turns out great. Anything can make a great smoker, just depends what your after. Never used a Reverse Draft before, if a good recommendation can't be made, I say look for an original Oklahoma Joe. Not the ones made by Char Grill, the originals, as they weigh about 200lbs and hold heat very well.
  13. 1st Pfizer shot yesterday, arms sore where the needle went in, but nothing else at this time. I received the email to sign up for the second, said I have x time period to get it basically 15 days after and no longer than 90ish. Oddly there are no available dates to get the second until after my experation date. So a call into the local medical association to see what's going on. If this is true, then it was kind of pointless to get the shot in the first place. I will follow up once I know something. Crap, my arm just fell off.

    Legal Round Up

Most companies around here want to go through the "manage them out" philosophy, usually they end up hanging themselves. Which my guess prolongs them to claim unemployment benefits, whereas "for no reason " they are eligible right away. Sent from my SM-G986U using Tapatalk
  16. This a great tip and I will watch for that. On another note, my Chocolate Habanero have sprouted.

    Legal Round Up

I think that only falls under "right to work" states, such as Nebraska is along with the following "Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri (effective August 28th, 2017), Nebraska, Nevada, North Carolina, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia (not currently in effect due to pending litigation), Wisconsin, and Wyoming." https://www.workplacefairness.org/unions-right-to-work-laws#:~:text=These states include%3A Alabama%2C Arizona,Utah%2C Virginia%2C West Virginia ( Even with that, its still a tricky subject to fire someone for "no reason" or at least in NE it is.
  18. If starting over, this is the route I would seriously consider.
  19. I had a hell of a time this year getting my Chocolate Reaper, Chocolate Habaneros, Chocolate Ghost seeds to germinate. I need a setup like this for next year. Looks simple, plastic shelving with lighting system. Any insight would be appreciated. To answer OPs question. I like Reapers for heat in rubs, but flavor I preferer Habaneros and Jalapenos. I always grow Reapers, habaneros, and Jalapenos. Last year I grew a Trinidad scorpion, this year I will substitute that for a Ghost. If Peeper Joes comes through for me, I will add some Chocolate varieties as mentioned above.
  20. I don't have cats or an answer to fixing your scratches, but I purchased glass tops for my Cornwalls to prevent anyone from doing anything I can't stop in time. The problem I have with glass tops is that mine do have a tendency to slide easily. I would be worried that one of the cats kicks it off when taking off. Sent from my SM-G986U using Tapatalk

    SLUMMING

I went back through my messages, couldn't find the picture, but I recall you could tell it had been played, not rough, just played, ok maybe rough. Anyway, she did state it was from 65' and I believe it was black.
  22. I had a similar situation with a watch I sent in for repairs/refurbishing. Typically top notch service from this dealer, but not this time. No updates, no emails, phone calls, nothing. Every time I called to talk to the branch manager, they were never there. I told the last person I talked to that I needed to hear from him by the end of the day with a resolution as I was told multiple excuses and the dealer kept blaming the manufacture. Finally I called the manufacture and got the complete story. It was as simple as being on the phone for 25 mins. Maybe try calling Marantz and asking them?
  23. When did you order? Lots of items are out of stock, I ordered a dishwasher and there were 15 coming in towards the middle of May with 100+ people waiting on them. I did order a Marantz SR5015 from accessories4less on Wednesday and received it that following Saturday. Maybe your local dealer ordered theirs later than everyone else? Have you checked stock at other distributors?
  24. I voted no, but then after thinking about I would for research purposes. Sent from my SM-G986U using Tapatalk
