  1. Just now I can't log into my "Iteachstem" account. However, for some unexplained reason, my lost account from 2008 appeared and let me log right in. Anyone have any insight on this?
  2. For those of us that own RF 25's (Or have bought them used for a good deal with the tweeters fried, like me) Here are the pics of the old and new tweeters. Klipsch has realized that they messed up with their original tweeter selection and added a heafty heat sink on the new k-137 tweeters. They go for around $28 each, and are on a bout a 2 month back order (oops Klipsch, do you think you made these too fragile if everyone and their brother is burning them up?) I personally have never blown a speaker (other than a cheap woofer when doing a dj gig at block party that involved a whole bunch of cocktails) but when talking to the the folks at klipsch they seem to be replacing these left and right. So, here are the pics of the old and new tweets for the rf-25's old back side old front side new backside new front side Hope this helps. Enjoy.
  3. Four KD-17 passive radiators for sale. Perfect condition. Anyone interrested? email me. djpilch@yahoo.com. Thanks.
  4. Anyone have any spare sw 15 parts? I have had an sw 15 for about a decade and just recently purchased an additional one on ebay hoping to have stereo subs in my home theater set up... but ups did a number on the shipping and the cabinet is trashed and the amp does not work. (The passive and the active woofers are functional.) I'm looking to rebuild the damaged sub, so I will need the amp. Anyone selling one? If not, I think I will be pulling both subs appart and building two custom boxes without the amps (According to klipsch, they were kinda cheep anyway) and use my crown k2 power amp to power these new cabs. Has anyone done this before? Any tips would be appreciated. Thanks. -John
  5. Your dealer will order you a replacement... it comes out to about $136.00 with taxes. I just replaced mine last week. The new ones will not have the klipsch logo on the passive and they have a different weight system, but, it sounds great, just like the original.
  6. My passiveon my sw15 finally decided to blow itself up...completely. Any suggestions for a replacement? I know dayton has a 15" pasive for about $80. It's the Dayton DVC385-PR 15" DVC Series Passive Radiator. Is this similar in weight as well? I know the klipsch one is around $126. Anyone have advice as to others to use? -John
