great, now the freakin speakers are echoing, someone help me out here, i want a freaking refund

i've had my pro media 2-400's since christmas, and now when i turn the volume up or down, i get a crackling noise, really noticeable, and sometimes the front left speaker cuts on and off, what can i do about this?
