I went to a concert at Comiskey Park in August of 1978

Opening Act was AC/DC never heard of them - Holy Sh#$%^  Freaking Amazing

Next was Walter Egan - Good

Then Frank Marino and Mahogany Rush-Very Good

    Then Foreigner- Excellent

Aerosmith was so messed up you couldn't even tell what song they were playing and they got booed off the stage.

Too young to see Bon Scott but saw the next 4 album tours. Good stuff.

Ted was never bad when I saw him, even when we had a frisbee party in the park next to Memorial Stadium just to hear his show. All the neighbors in that old money part of downtown complained, and the editors of the local "Disturber" newspaper ranted about it for a week. Great White Buffalo was my favorite for years!

High energy shows, great memories. Ted rocks!

Aerosmith could not sing or play worth a dam and screwed up half the lyrics. I like them but this turned me off still to this day.

Saw that tour at the Omni in Atlanta . Ted was the opener and was terrible . Aerosmith came out and put on one of the best shows I have ever seen ; I was there for Nugent 🤷‍♂️

It was the Summer of '86 , " Aerosmith Done with Mirrors Tour ". I was not aware that it was a rotating headliner situation .

    Here is the setlist. >List<

  4. The R-620 is on sale right now on the Klipsch websight.

As for the KG's I found raising the horn to ear level and adding a subwoofer made them sound their best.

Tons of used options, you may find a 3way design more revealing.

Check those woofer surrounds, the rubber dries up and cracks creating leaks, that will harm the sound.

My daily is Eight O'Clock Original Blend whole bean ground fresh and percolated. Sometimes I'll get some Italian Roast or 100% Columbian. Probably order 5 lbs. Coffee Bean Direct Peppermint Bark for winter.

I enjoy the Eight O'clock Columbian as well. What's your thoughts on the Italian roast ?

@Buboyeah , iron block , aluminium heads , the last Iron LT1 made before the all Aluminium engines  ,the Vette motor was more reliable  that the non LT1 Caprice classic  350/ 5.7 liter Police  cars  that were sold by GM  before 95 ,same engines as in  the Camaro Police Pursuit cars  used on the Highways  -

I watched the Fleetwood Broughams roll off the truck as they came on that year. It was not uncommon for a million mile limousine to roll in to the shop using that exact powertrain.

This is the question, how beat are they if at all

Some appear to be in quite good condition, the idle hours being the wild card.

Every 3K on the oil changes from what I have seen reading the records on the auction sites.

Fleet vehicles are normally properly maintained but everything wears and a good manager knows when to get rid of something. You may get lucky but odds are not in your favor.

Right about the turbo too, they don't last forever.

I use a Schiit Freya S preamp. It replaced a McIntosh C2500 and the Freya S was a noticeable improvement in sound quality. I have about 100 hours on the Freya S and the sound quality has opened up nicely. The Freya S is the solid state version of the Freya +.

I was just looking at that.

The Parasound has many unneeded features. Maybe a selfish Xmas gift.

My brother is just shy of being a prepper. That's what I've begun to say about him since being in close proximity way too much. He told me not to get mayo when at the store back when I started camping out here. Said he had an extra...

I'll never use this before it goes bad, it's impossible unless it was in a house with four sandwich eating teens!
