  1. I never did "load" the cabinets... seemed like too much trouble at the time. Tony
  2. I've had a LB project going for some time now. All I have left to do is sand, stain and clear coat. The down side is it's too cold to stain and clear coat right now. Tony
  3. I see or talk to Dee almost daily... he's fine. He's been doing some moving and cleaning. The kind you do when you move into a new house. I'm sure he'll be back when things loosen up. Tony
  4. Sold! Just tell me how and where to send payment. Tony
  5. I'd like to have them, but I have no idea what they're worth. Maybe someone will chime in on their value. Tony
  6. If speakerfritz doesn't want them, I do. I'll buy them. Thanks, Tony
  7. believe me there is nothing to be gained by me signing them.... the only one in my opinion who could is gone and he would say that he did add some value....about 2 cents of ink.....[] boy!! Roy, It sure was a hoot getting together to talk about Mr. Paul among other things. Tony
  8. Doc, Please describe what you don't like about the Super T. I thought it sounded pretty good. Tony
  9. I listened to the Super T on DaddyDee's Heresy II's. I thought it sounded very good. I'm getting one. Tony
  10. I have a Scott 222D that I bought from a forum member. I absolutely love it. The sound is warm and full. I've listened to many tube integrated amps and the Scott is right up there with the best of them. Tony
  11. Dee, That little Super T really makes the Heresy's sing. I'm going to get one of those. Tony
  12. Roy, I enjoyed it as well. Hope we can do it again sometime. Happy Thanksgiving, Tony
  13. Believe me, I've thought about doing that. How do you reverse engineer a horn? Tony
  14. dtel I have never worked for Klipsch. I was lucky enough to visit with PWK on various occasions and had the sad honor of being a pall bearer at his funeral. (the only time I've ever given in to being a pall bearer) Tony
  15. Nice work Dee. It has been my pleasure to meet Tony Reed on two occasions. To say that many of us are pure PWK fans, would be an understatement related to Tony. When looking at his profile, he lists Khorns, Las, Cw's, RF, etc....but it doesn't say HOW MANY of each unit he owns. It doesn't list how many are connected to amps, and how many will produce sound at the simple "push of the ON button". He doesn't just own Klipsch, he owns complete Klipsch product lines. Tony puts his money where many of our mouths are. IMO, Tony Reed is an underspoken, humble man, who deserves our undying RESPECT as to one who "walks the PWK walk" and doesn't simply speak of it. Sorry if this post embarrasses you Tony, but, it is what it is. If there is a working PWK museum, you own it. Respectful Regards, Terry Terry, It's been a pleasure meeting you as well. You're too kind. Thank You, Tony
  16. Wow... I guess I've had too much time on my hands since June '99. Seriously, I sure have enjoyed this BB over the years. I've met some good people through this forum. Tony
  17. Get married in the anechoic chamber, then you could shout your vows back and forth. Tony
  18. Here's where I'm at... I managed to make a little progress. Tony
  19. The horn is a K260... quite a bit bigger that the K401. Tony
  20. That horn is a K260. I have a pair and they're bigger in real life than they look on the screen. Some time ago I posted a picture of a K260 next to a K401... the 260 dwarfed the 401 in comparsion. Tony
  21. Mr. Bob (BEC) What do you think of this driver now that you've had some time with it? I just got mine and they seem awfully "hot" compared to the drivers I'm used to hearing. Tony
