no emotiva DC-1

i am using the xda-1 my nephew has the dc-1 i borrowed it before to compare them

its not bad but if you compared to the dc 1 it has a much richer sound but i am waiting for the xda 3 to come out

i am running XSP-1 and 2 xpa-1L mono blocks xda-1 dac for music and a umc-1 and upa-7 gen 1 for movies

i had both at the same time and the mach ones don't even compared to the forte ll the forte had much better and tighter bass and cleaner sound like every one said the mach ones arent even in the ball park with klipsch forte ll

emotiva is going to make the caver tube amps in house

i have been woundering about that crossover to i was thinking of building one for mine

if you think cornwalls sound good you should hear some cornscals they have a much larger sound stage [H]

what did you use to hide the ply wood lines on the edges

i have a upa-7 and my nephew has a xpa3 and we did a ab compairson and we couldn't tell the difurence between the 2 the upa7 is a great amp i think and with the sale going on you just cant beat it

interesting flaring the sides out i wonder if someone could make a track horn bottom end lascala it would be hard but i wonder if it could be done

that is how i like mine to i did the same comparing the two like you did and ended up going with 400hz/4500hzi thinks its sound alot more natral espsecially in the cymbals
