  1. I live on Long Island NY. We are moving and thinking of selling my speakers. They are Klipsch RB75 fronts, RC7 center, and RB61 sides and one I believe it's an RS62. (I will have to take it off the wall to confirm.) What do you think the value is?
  2. Sorry I didn't respond faster. After showing my wife the posts and auditioning some on walls I will be keeping my current setup. If you can find some RB75's I would jump on them.
  3. The other option is to sell just the front three because they are all timber matched and use the the RB 61'S somewhere else in my house in 2 ch.
  4. Thanks Bill, I live on Long Island,NY. I would like to sell all of them at the same time if possible as a set. I'm -aware that I would probably make more separating them but that requires more effort. I'm looking to replace the system with some on-walls to make the wife happy. When the time comes I will certainly show detailed pictures, but that requires me to dismantle the system.
  5. I'm thinking of selling my 6.1 speakers minus my subs but don't know what value to place on them.I figure this is the place to ask. The system consists of two RB 75'S,one RC7, two RB 61's on wall mounts and one RS 52. They are sonically perfect have a few scratches but nothing major. The RC 7 is missing the badge but I haven't looked for it.Thanks for your help.
  6. Thanks, thought of it, tried it and it didn't work for me.
  7. No, it's already pretty high, and the depth of the RC7 is much greater than the mantle. Same problem putting it above the TV, it's just too big. I don't know if you can see, but right now it is under the fireplace angled up. The coffee table is in the way of the speaker and our sitting positions.
  8. ON-WALL I can mount to the fireplace mantle. I built the mantle and the power and all the wires run through it and the top is removable for access.
  9. Here's my problem. Sorry for the blurry picture, I took it with my IPad.
  10. Unfortunately a mount will not work. The RC 7 is way to big to mount below the TV on the front of the mantle.
  11. I currently have Klipsch RB75 fronts, RC7 center, RB61 surrounds, RS62 rear and two SVS PB 1000 subs in a 6.1 setup. My wife wants to redecorate and now I can't find a proper place for the center. The TV is mounted over the fireplace. Is there an on-wall that I can use for the center?
  12. I have the harmony 1100 that I bought to replace my 1000 (that suffered a coffee spill) I have a rather complex setup and it handles it with no problem. It has more options than my 1000. I'm using the RF add on because there is no line of sight to my equipment and it works great. Years ago I had a Pronto and it was fun to program but the Harmony is easier to use and much more wife friendly. You should already be used to programming a Harmony so that should be a plus.
  13. I have been using Klipsch RB 75's in the front an RC 7 for the center and a pair of RS 7's for the rear with an SVS subwoofer. I love the sound but now I must take into consideration the wife factor. We have redone our living room and now have a 50inch plasma mounted over our fireplace instead of the DLP tv we have been using for the past four years. Now here is the problem, aesthetically we have no place for the RB 75's. We have a raised hearth fireplace so I can tuck the RC 7 underneath but the wife is unhappy with the RB 75's on the mantle or on stands. The only choice this leaves me is in walls or onwalls for the front or switch to the Def Tech Mythos series. Is there a Klipsch speaker that will timber match the RC 7? I was looking at the THX in walls. I love the Klipsch sound and would hate to switch.
