  1. Sorry to rain on your tantrum parade cyberimage......... I purchase a PAIR..i repeat, a PAIR of BRAND NEW IN SEALED BOX RS-42's on 6th Ave's "name your price" sale for $230.00 shipped. []
  2. No wayyy...Are we still talking about the RS-42's? Mine were delivered yesterday and just hooked them up this morning. Guess i lucked out. $230 shipped for the Pair.
  3. Well, if you're referring to the Synergy B-2's i'm currently using for surrounds..i'm not sure yet. From what i've read, the RS-42's are better for surround and a better speaker overall . I receive them today and will hook them up over the weekend. [<)]
  4. Youthman, what a shame!! It's an EXCELLENT remote. Wherever you get it and whatever you end up paying for it you will definitely be happy. Worth it x2. [Y][Y]
  5. I was blown away by the $230 price plus free shipping!! I even called in to make sure it was for the PAIR! I was happy to finish my system. There's a used pair on eBay right now for $250 plus $30 shipping with 2 days still left! [] I'm guessing I got a good deal. Anybody looking to purchase a component should definitely try the 6Ave sale.
  6. So... 6Ave is having a "name your price" sale and i decided to give it a shot. Why not right? I went to the site and sent in first price i thought was good..$275. ACCEPTED! Then i said "heck, let me try again". Sent in another offer of $245. ACCEPTED! Then sent in 2 more after that. Lowest Accepted price was $230. For the PAIR of RS-42's. I've been watching them for couple weeks on eBay and used they fetch more than that. I jumped on the 6Ave offer ASAP. Good deal?
  7. lol nymelky...it's actually not bright as it seems in the pics. It's a dark burgundy'ish color only on that one accent wall...rest of the room is a dark beige. The flash on my crappy digital cam is the culprit. That's gonna be my next buy. I have my eye on a Nikon D60 Digital SLR camera.
  8. Couple of updated pics with my new SVS PB10-NSD. AMAZING Sub! Deep, accurate, hard hitting bass! []
  9. Unfortunately it's the only spot i have for the sub. I did try placing it towards the back of the room next to the seating area when i first purchased the Sub. Was not pleased with the result compared to the bass i get from where it presently is located.
  10. Thanks Youthman...that's what is left of my collection. Wifey bought me a curio and said "whatever you can fit in here, you can keep". Sold alot of 80's collectibles on eBay. Still have lots boxed up to sell. Good thing though..place now looks less cluttered. []
  11. Haven't had one problem with that stand and speaker sitting on the Sub. No vibration or sound issues. Just pure clean Klipsch Reference sound. []
  12. Couple pics of my Setup. Crappy digital cam but it'll do for now i guess.... Can't wait for my new SVS sub... (ps..never posted pics..hope they show)
  13. WOOF! Now she's Barking! The Klipsch forum is the best! Thanks alot guys for your dead on advice. Opened speaker up and behold.....Green wire was disconnected! Once again, thank you. [Y]
  14. So umm, in conclusion....hopefully it's a loose connection. Will open speaker up when i get home from work. But if that doesn't resolve the issue, what parts should i order?
  15. lol, yea. Whimpering like a puppy. Trying to get it to BARK! [&]
