    umc-1

I am thinking of selling my UMC-1 since it is just sitting here since I got the denon 4311ci. I was going to use it some where else but I need some type of amp to power it and I dont know when I will be getting another amp. So should I sell it or still hang on to it? I thought about listing it on ebay or in the garage section., but Ii am not even sure what a fair price is for it?
  3. the size of your room can also dictate if more that one sub is needed as well as the sub you currently have. If it cant keep up it may be time to upgrade or go dual or triple subs, but what ever you do dont get quad subs, because then you will be one uping me!!! LOL
  4. I dont want to just get it to get it if there would be no benefit to adding it to the denon 4311. The 95 is double the money.
  5. i am not using the umc-1 anymore I am running a Denon 4311ci. So I am not sure if or when I would switch to the xmc-1. The umc-1 has been to buggy for me. They want me to send it in to look at it but I dont think anything is wrong with it, I just think they have some hdmi bugs and issues with at least directv boxes that they never completely worked out. I will send it in still, so they can look at it but I dont think they will find any issues. Anyway the 4311ci has been working perfect so far.
  6. Ok, I tried some some searching on here but I need more info on the the pros and cons of these 2 players, and what the 95 does better than the 93 ect. Also who has the best prices on these units. So help me out any of you Oppo fans and owners!
  7. yes video and audio both work together and you use the tv to control volume.
  8. Yep it works! (audio pass through) Just hooked my 4311 up, now if I can figure out how to set this beast up.
  9. Scrappy I believe it does have audio pass through so it does not have to be on and you can use the tv and the tv speakers.
  10. I got a 4311ci NIB for $1299.00 from the Audioholics Home theater store, they are an authorized Denon online retailer.
  11. SVS a lot of bang for the buck! But you cant go wrong with any of the recommendations on here.
  12. Just got my Denon 4311ci today. Hope to get it hooked up in the next week.
  13. The Onkyo SC5508 does have 12v trigger operation for main room, zone 2, and zone 3. I am not sure about the TX-NR3009. Bill I called Onkyo about triggers before and they told me that they do not have any receivers that triggers can be assigned to your main zone. You may want to double check with them, but those assignable triggers may only work in zones 2 and 3.
  14. Onkyo has no trigger for the amps.
  15. I ordered a 4311ci also. Waiting for delivery!
  16. I think you may be right there Youthman. If I bypass the cable box I dont think I have the issues. Thats why I dont think it will do any good sending it in to emotiva. Then need to do a firmware fix to resolve these issues.
  17. You can still order one from them but one guy tried to get me for 1450 and them Ii called back another time and it was 1350 but tax and shipping on that.
  18. which one is a better receiver the 4311ci or the new 3313ci?
  19. I tried they were closed. I will call tomorrow if I get time.
  20. thanks but it looks like on the site it is out of stock!
  21. I have the latest software installed
  22. Who is EE? If i want to look at getting that one. I looked at them before but the price was a bit step for me then.
