Has anyone found a solution to this problem? I just bought mine and mounted the first speaker. Same exact problem, the speaker stays up for about 30 seconds but then slowly starts to sag down toward the floor. Is there a way to keep them up or do I have to return it to the store?

I just mounted my Quintet III speakers on the wall using the built in mounting stands that they came with. The problem I'm having is that the speaker keeps sagging down and point toward the ground. The ball joint is not stiff enough to support the weight of the speaker. The one on display at Best Buy did the same thing but the salesman said it was because it was an old floor model. My speakers are new out of the box and shouldn't be doing this. Has anyone else had this problem? How do I fix it? I really like the speakers and don't want to take them back. I appreciate any advice.
