  1. I bought this MicroWrecker sub earlier this year from @rmlowz. Reason for selling is I need more room in my shop. It's a bigger sub than I anticipated, even knowing the dimensions beforehand! Was powered using a QSC PLX 2502 amp.

$300 - pickup only in Madison, WI.

    48" tall, 31" deep, 25" wide

Here is the for sale thread where I purchased:

  2. I also had that experience with an RC-64. Moving the box from the porch into my house, I could hear a detached magnet rolling around within the speaker cabinet. It caused a lot of wrecking ball damage. Dealing with shipping insurance was not a headache, which must have been just luck. It was sent via UPS.

Let us know how it turns out in a couple days.

  3. Purchased these from Deang close to seven years ago. Hard to admit they've never been used. I received them without terminal cups so I attached unfinished Cherry.

$125 Shipped to CONUS. Paypal preferred but all other forms welcome. They'll be packed very well for the ride.

  4. Thanks for your feedback guys. Mike, your experience is what my brother was thinking: the bounce method isn't as good as drivers in the ceiling.

My brother is dealing with a finished room, no attic or second floor above. Holes in the ceiling and patching up after is making him pause.

Any other experiences or opinions out there? If you had success doing a ceiling install, please share your process.

  5. Asking this question for my brother. Could any Atmos dudes weigh in please? I haven't gone into Atmos but would like to give him some advice. His words:

I want to explore the idea of moving my Dolby Atmos setup to get some in-ceiling Klipsch speakers to replace the Atmos speakers that currently sit on top of my two fronts.  I have my doubts about how effective it is to bounce the "Atmos" part of the sound off of the ceiling which is what those two speakers are supposed to do.

I've had these since Nov 2017:

    I was looking at these:

I'm only starting to look on forums and stuff and can probably figure it out in the long run, but wasn't sure if you had heard anything about the best speakers to use for "in ceiling" Atmos sound?
  6. What are you talking about?!? One has to purchase the current models!  😄

The recently discontinued models aren't even listed on their website.

Got a decent deal on a used MRX520 just today. My first experience with them, should arrive by Friday this week.

  7. It'd be fun to purchase small Klipsch badges, attach them to KG 1's, and take a picture so they look like Cornwalls. What I'd do with the picture, I dunno.
