I have even changed cables,....brands,...everything!.......checked as many as i could in town and they all do it...only on the vol. control...

I phoned the big boy's today and talked to tech support, I spoke to Robert and he told me that even his sub made this sound. I went to the place i bought mine and their's made the same sound.....any body elese have this issue?

i just bout a new RSW-10D, and when you turn the volume up ( nothing connected) it makes a light thumping sound as the volume increasses, and even when you decreass the volume. Yuo cannot hear it below -13, but if you gently touch the rear woofer you can feel a slight bump. Is this normal for this unit to do this, has this problem been noted before? I am completly new and have not had time to check the search feature, ( so don't kill me yet!)....any help would be appriciated. I just don't know if I should be taking it back tomorow or not............ Terry
