Mike, my fix for that is always use the extension at a 90 degree angle. Adjusted valves on a Cummins engine that way, never had an issue. I guess it was close enough.

Here's what you do. Using a regular combination wrench and your torque wrench, teach yourself how much pressure to apply to the wrench for proper tightening. So torque a bolt to 110 lbs and finish it off to what you think is needed with the combination wrench to 115 lbs. Check it with the torque wrench. You'll be surprised at how close you can get with the feel. Install and torque all bolts possible this way. Then finish off those few bolts with just the combination wrench and your newly calibrated brain. Job done. Remember, the most amazing tool you will ever own is you.

Guys, my kid hit a 2 run bomb over left field fence yesterday!

I'm setting up a little home photography studio to take pictures using strobes with modifiers and a backdrop or two. I'm hoping to achieve a higher level of light control and better overall photography for these photographs. Anybody here done this or presently have a photography studio?

Maybe if they supply the diapers!

Well it's super convenient for one reason.

Slumming and day dreaming about the one(s) that got away. I found a Les Paul gold top in a Gibson hard case at a yard sale. The date was approx '78 and I was hitting the sales with my mom. I was only 15 and didn't have any money, but I did know something about guitars. My mom informed me that we couldn't spend $200 on a used guitar............ I was at school telling a classmate about it a year or so later and he said that he had a 72 Strat that he would sell for that same $200 and throw in a Fender Princeton amp to boot. Just two 16 year olds making a deal. This time dear old dad agreed to hand over the cash. Finally needed money for a car and sold that one. Wish I had those two today.

He plays Catcher, 1st and 3rd some. Mostly DH this season with a strained UCL in his elbow though. He is a Junior, so I'm hoping his elbow can heal and he will play his senior year. Fun to watch him play. If you look at my post from Sunday, that's him behind the plate. Thanks.
