I sent mine to Elliot on Feb 18th and he comfirmed receipt on Feb 21st. Repeated emails have been ignored. The phone number on the web site http://elliot-tronics.com/ is incorrect. Paypal will not honor a resolution to this dispute so I need to contact the credit card company.
